Love Doctor Jacob,He is one of the very few Doctors nowadays that actually CARE about their patients.He will always give you the very best care possible you ever need. He is number 1 on my greatest doctors list. Such a great and caring doctor. Just amazing and is so good at what he does on helping people save lives. He saved mine for sure.

Dr. Jacob and his staff are very caring. He takes the time to answer all my questions. Appointments are always on time and I didn't feel rushed through my visit. Anytime that I have had questions, I could call the office and if I couldn't talk to someone right then, I received a call back soon. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jacob as he is the best!

I was referred to Dr Jacob's office on a Saturday evening by an ER doctor due to some findings on my bloodwork. I called to make an appt, as I was told to do, and the receptionist acted as though I wasnt good enough to be seen there. She said she spoke with the nurse and they agreed I would be fine seeing someone else! They didnt even speak to me about what I needed to be seen for! Horrible horrible patient relations!

I have been in the healthcare profession for over 20 years and in fact manage a medical office. Dr Jacob's office is clean, organized and efficient, his staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and he himself is personable, caring, doesn't hesitate to answer questions, never makes you feel he is rushed, and approaches frightening diagnoses with a calm manner that is very reassuring. He is an excellent surgeon who handled my complicated case with skill and compassion. I could not be more pleased with the care I received.
