I generally felt very comfortable with all the steps of the process I underwent and overall I was satisfied.

Dr. Hakki just operated on my father. He is excellent in his field. His diagnosis was very accurate. He is professional, kind, patient and has an excellent bedside manner. He is very calm and that's the kind of surgeon I would want operating on me! His office staff is not so professional. I left 3 messages on the answering machine and finally got thru on another number. That's too bad.

For such a nice man he has one of the rudest and unprofessional office staff I have ever meet. Getting a follow up visit especially if something goes wrong is near impossible when you are dealing what that lady.
