Dr. Watts has been such a blessing to my son, Sam! He has improved so much under his care. I would definitely recommend him.

I don't know if he was having an off day or what, but absolutely horrible in my opinion. Let's start with the fact that a hospital affiliated office only had ONE type of gloves, gloves my son is highly allergic to. Dr Watts answer to that? Just end the appointment, thankfully the nurses found a pair just for him to touch his stomach. Then as he sat there staring at the computer and practically talking down to us asking why we don't do this or that and us telling him we have because HE told us to at the last appointment. Really? Are you reading the notes on the screen or pretending? Then because of the formula shortage we of course needed an alternative, but my son needs formula mixed a certain way to get what he needs and to make sure he doesn't gain too much weight. When asked how we should mix this new one, we were told it's not his job and we would have to wait until we saw the nutritionist which was over a month out, but to give the formula as is. My son gained 10 pounds in less that 3 weeks. Needless to say but we will be making the trip to St Louis from here on out to get him in with real doctors. It was a waste of a trip and our time, couldn't even get his blood work done because of the glove issue. I really hope the hospital has more options cause forbid we run in to an emergency, nobody will be able to touch him! Do better Watts cause your 'I know better' attitude doesn't work, it makes you look like an a$$hole. You're working with KIDS, act like it!

Dr. Watts took amazing care of our newborn daughter. I would recommend him to anyone needing GI care for their kiddos.
