Rushed, Rude, & did not help or diagnosis. Waited nearly 3 hours to see the doctor after meeting with the NP, Danielle Kennedy (whom I adore). I had taken a qb test to help diagnosis lifelong ADHD symptoms & Dr. Jain was asked to review the results and approve medication. I had already been diagnosed using the DSM-5, but agreed to take the computer test anyways. He rushed in, didn’t acknowledge me or make eye contact, reviewed my test results for 2-4 seconds and shouted “seems exaggerated” before shouting at Danielle “why would you prescribe this when she has high blood pressure” and then recommended a different medication that also has high blood pressure as a side effect, but less effective. I don’t even know what the tests results were or what they meant. He was demeaning to me and was so hateful to his NP and I could tell she was not shocked or surprised by his unprofessional outburst and angry demeanor. Would not recommend Dr. Jain to anyone that wants to be taken seriously for a medical diagnosis.

The owners don't know how bad this business is bei This business is horrible don't come here they don't know how to do billing or claims they can't get insurance right they charge fees for deposits and cancel patients appointments without calling you. They charge your credit cards without telling you. I have given them my insurance numerous times and they still can't get it right. They don't care about patients. The Ceo Tiffany doesn't return calls to patients about complaints Danny Fish has no billing experience.

I have watched Dr Jain's office throw a loved one into pure withdrawl by not tapering medication. Then when it was made known, he took her off most of her medication, including a sleep medication she has NEEDED for years. He is a horrible person to try to talk to and DOES NOT know what he is talking about. He will take away all your meds and just leave you stranded. DO NOT see this man.

Saw this guy for a year. Can't remember how many different drugs/dosages he tried on me in a very impersonal manner, not taking into account the physical issues of inflammatory bowel disease and the gut-brain axis causing depression & anxiety. Unable to get any response to e-mails, phone calls unanswered, voice messages left unanswered, had to drive to the office to get any questions answered.......horrifyingly damaging experience from the front office to the ice-cold doctor. My advise is beware.

The appointment time doesn't mean anything this practice is so disorgized and dysfunctional there needs to be someone to actually take responsibility and fix the mess they have .

After watching the doctors at Eustasis' main clinic push medications like tic-tacs and run people through "med checks" like a quality control worker in a factory, we scheduled our child with a therapist in their system to get to the root of their issues rather than throwing medications at their symptoms. Unfortunately, if they can't get a handle on what's going on with the patient, even if your loved one isn't in crisis currently, the staff at Eustasis will create one in order to have a clear issue they can "fix". Ridiculous waiting times, impersonal interactions, rude receptionists, more focused on co-pays than care, pushing medication over therapy, ignoring parents & families, running people through like a patient mill - do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. As the inspirational decal in their waiting room states, the employees at Eustasis are doing it for themselves, not their patients or the community. PRO TIP: read through their responses to each of the poor reviews on Google. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place and their mission.

Nothing but drug pushing clinic. Don’t care about patients. Only in it for the money. Never see same person twice so they have no idea what’s going on except to try to put you on new meds every time. Dr. Jain thinks he’s better than any other Dr. They lie and try to tell you certain things are State law but they are not. They look down on you like they are better than you.

This has been the worst medical experience of my life. As a father dealing with child loss, depression, etc. I wanted to get help. It started out great initially, but as time went on they pushed more and more prescriptions. I did not want all of the prescriptions. Upon telling and trying to get off of them, they cut me as a patient leaving me barely anytime to find another facility to pick up where they left off. All while having the SOL not our problem additude. You will never see the same provider twice, making it so no one has a clue what has been said or done in the past. Their billing is a whole separate issue. Payments aren't posted correctly, billing to your insurance is a wreck, leaving you to pick up and keep paying paying or they won't see see you. It all boils down to medicine pushing, and sly billing slips. They are only here for profit, and if you do your homework you will see I am not the only one with this small story to tell.
