Actually told me she wasn't going to waste her time looking at my chart. I have several medical allergies and a genetic disorder and she only cared about her ego! I am taking this to the Patient Experience Team
Rude and hateful. Says she "doesn't have time to look at your chart." I have drug allergies and several health conditions, and she actually told me she didn't have time to look in my chart and said "I'm done with you when I questioned her ordering a pregnancy test and pap smear on me, who had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. She went so far as saying she was cancelling my ultrasound because she didnt like that I had questions about the difference between two test results. I am filing a formal complaint with Cox South Hospital
This is the worse ER physician I have ever seen or experienced. She should not be practicing. My dad came in and was in excruciating pain. So, much pain he could not stand to be touched without screaming in agony. She looked at his chart and treated him subhuman. She refused to run tests until I demanded a new physician that actually had the ability to treat someone. After being in the ER for multiple hours and me complaining and threatening to fire her and get a new physician she finally ordered some tests. Come to find out he had late stage of BONE CANCER and that is why he was in such excruciating pain. She never once apologized or admitted that she was wrong. Much less how rude and nasty she was. It was hard to even give her a 1 star rating because she deserves less than that. I wrote a letter to Cox and nothing was ever done. It does not help to complain. One would like to think that a hospital would want top notch Dr's. She is substandard at best. The rest of the staff that night was amazing. We could tell how much they disliked her by the looks and how apologetic they were for her attitude and behavior when she would leave the room.
Her diagnoses was exactly right when she knew my symptoms. A great caring doctor.
Cant even begin to tell you how awful this Dr. is. Took my little one into the ER with an ear issue and all she wanted to do was a CT scan to check for a skull fracture. Needless to say CT was clear like we knew it would be. But the worst part is after that she refused to address his ear issue (bleeding from his ear) and told us to see an ENT!! Worst possible care I have ever seen and I work in the health care field.
Incredibly rude, judgmental, and doesn’t even listen to her patients. I knew the second she walked into the room with her nose in the air it was going to be bad! I should not ever be treated that way as a patient! So, if I’m getting treated that way I know others are! How a Hospital could ever hire such a rude and hateful human being is beyond me. She needs to find a profession that doesn’t deal with people!!!
Doesn't listen. Rude. Worthless.
She is one of the worst doctors I've met. She told me it was all in my head but will give my daughter the meds to just get us out of thwre
Worst doctor imaginable, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
My brother was taken to the Cox South ER by ambulance with unbearable pain. She was assigned to his case and literally blew both him and our family off. After checking his chart and determining that he has been on pain meds for quite some time, stated that, "He is only here for the drugs." She also read that he had been a past alcoholic and when the family explained that he had suffered a major stroke over 3 years ago, and hadn't had a drink since that time, she laughed at them. They requested a different doctor. He has since been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She needs to be out of the medical profession.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
