Dr Bentley is fine, but his staff is incompetent. He ordered a MRI of my head and the nurse said they would get it scheduled and call me. Two weeks later, I was still waiting and I decided to try to get it scheduled myself. A very nice woman at scheduling at Cox was able to help me. Had the MRI done, but it wasn't until a week and a half that someone called me with the findings. It said I should have a CT of the head done now. They did manage to get that scheduled and I had it done. To this day, over two weeks later, I still have never heard about its findings. I am looking for a new ENT. Only saw Dr Bentley once. No suggested treatment for my issues or any other contact with the doctor.

Waited 3 months for my appointment and got a call 5 days before to reschedule for another 3 months out. My life is hinging on this appointment. I understand rescheduling, but how on earth could it be 3 months again?!

I had 3 operations done in one surgery by Anthony Bentley and his team at Cox Health. I'm so happy to say that everyone was very professional and good at what they did. The operations went flawlessly, timely and now I'm breathing better than ever. I'd leave a higher rating if it were possible. --- I noticed a review that pointed out that Dr. Bentley makes quick assessments; it took him less than a minute to realize the things I had going wrong. My guess is that this quick-assessment comes with experience of having seen many mouths and throats... talking with the doctor and asking various curious questions gave me the sense that he is very knowledgeable and capable. His work proves that true, in this case.

I was referred to Dr. Bentley by my primary physician due to a hole in my eardrum that had become infected. By the time I was able to get in to the doctor, the infection had cleared (antibiotic eardrops), but the hole had not completed healed. His office required a somewhat expensive hearing test to start the appointment. After examining me, he explained that the hole was healing nicely, but could be hastened with a patch. It would be like putting a band aid on a wound I was told. It took about 30 seconds for the entire procedure. Then I got the bill. Apparently, this band aid application runs about $1500. When I called the office, I was told that was the cost, and that I shouldn't worry about it because I have insurance that covers the procedure. The problem is, it was never explained to me that there was a significant cost for the application of this "band aid", which was odd to me as it was not a medical necessity. This office does not seem to have any regard for the costs of their procedures or letting their patients make their own decisions about the costs versus the benefits. P.S. - The patch fell off within a few days and did not help at all.

We could not have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Bentley’s bedside manner is impeccable. He repaired my daughter’s broken nose (elbow to the nose in high school volleyball game) during the pandemic, something she had put off for several years. He explained everything thoroughly and put her mind at ease. She followed directions post-surgery and experienced almost zero pain. She iced her face often, and that prevented some swelling and reduced the swelling she had. Now she can breathe normally and no longer has a very tender broken bone sticking out the side of her nose. It’s straight, and the area is no longer sensitive. If she ever had to do this over again, she would choose Dr. Bentley every time.

Dr.Bentley, has a super bed side manner. He follows through after a surgery procedure. Will continue to see you until he and you feel there is nothing more to do and won’t stop until he’s sure you r happy with results. I would definitely recommend him. He’s a 5 star doctor!

Very nice doctor, puts you at ease. Knowledgeable, professional and caring. I would recommend Dr. Bentley.
