I would recommend this doctor to anyone. He delivered my twins and I have not had an issue with the staff at all.

Super easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care. Everyone in the office is super friendly too!

Dr. Richmond was very attentive and answered the many questions I had at my appointment. I left with the feeling that he truly cared about my situation and offered me several options in my treatment.

He was the on call Dr. the night I went heto urgent care because I don't know if I had a yeast infection, bacterial infection or a UTI all of which get quite serious in me quickly. He was rude, he was not gentle while doing the pelvic exam and hurt me. He then lectured me that I could have somehow have forgone the test and that some how they could fix my UTI with just a phone call. If he is the Dr on call when I go into labor I think I'll opt to go doctor free. Because I would quite honestly rather labor & birth with an actual jackass 🐴 in the room than this man.

Dr. Richmond was very attentive and understanding. He answered all of my questions and gave me several treatment options.

Dr Richmond was not compassionate to my needs and said he did not feel that my issue was gyn related. Said I could get another opinion. 4 days later I was having surgery with another Dr. I was diagnosed with 5 gyn related conditions. I have since had 5 surgeries in the past three years where Endometriosis has been present in all.

He was my Dr for many years. He was friendly, however if you have a problem or issue he does not listen to you. My personal health was compromised by his lack of concern for my issues. I tried on 2 occasions to get him to listen to my issues. He blew me off both times. Luckily I found a Dr who actually cares and listened to me. I am now recovering from a surgery to correct my problems. I feel like now I am finally getting my life back. He needs to listen to patients. I had a real issue.

He is nice unless you have a problem. Does NOT listen to his patients issues.

After several years of being my dr, I started having problems. He refused to listen to me. He was wrong. After a year of asking him to help me, I changed to another Dr. thankfully my new Dr found the problem immediately and I am getting my life back after a year of needless pain because of Dr Richmond’s lack of knowledge or concern for me.

I have had Dr. Richmond for 2 of my babies and one of my miscarriages/ DNC. I had 3 miscarriages with a different Dr. at Mercy and had many horrible experiences. However with Dr. Richmond he has always been so attentive and reassuring of any fears while listening to my own preferences. His top priority is Mommys health and babies he has always been genuine and honest yet quick to find solutions. I am so grateful for him and his staff. My first baby was a miscarriage, I was obviously devastated.... I will never forget what he said though, he told me not to worry what or if there is anything wrong with me, that I was going to get pregnant and have a healthy baby... after my DnC (I had a molar pregnancy) and healing time I got pregnant right away with our now 3 year old. During the whole pregnancy he put to rest the fears of losing her. So yes I would highly recommend Dr. Richmond!
