Dr. Tay diagnosed me with dermatomyositis which caused lung damage. He has treated me for several years now and was able to stop the damage to my lungs. I have found him to be very daring and considerate. I am glad he took the time to research my symptoms and figure out what was causing my problems since no one else has taken the time to do that. I had been going to doctors for at least five years trying to find out what was causing my problems.

Dr Tay is an unusually friendly, caring, through Doctor. Dr Tay was not only concerned with treating my RA, but also gave valuable suggestions on lowering my A1c. Dr. Tay does speak with an accent, but is easily understandable. I personally find him to be very concerned with my wellbeing.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Tay! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctor. I was diagnosed with lupus from another physician, and without even looking at my symptoms and test results he told he he would bet money I didn’t have lupus. I told him that I would like for him to at least hear me out. I have every single symptom of lupus except one...I’ve done tons of research. I took tests results showing a high ANA (which I know isn’t the end all for a lupus diagnosis), but I still had it. He yelled at me, and I’m not even exaggerating when I told him I felt like I was strong brushed off yet again and that I just wanted to know what was going on if I really didn’t have lupus. He said my general practitioner, in my notes in my medical file, wasn’t qualified to practice medicine (paraphrased because I can’t remember his exact wording) because she was a nurse practitioner. The notations were rude enough she was highly offended. He told me he was running some tests but wouldn’t tell Elmer what they were but it would help us rule out lupus. I asked when I went to the lab, and it was the same exact tests I had taken results in for that were done the week prior. It was an ANA. He never called or sent a letter with results. I called and he never returned my calls. I could see in my online profile that he had reviewed the information, but nothing additional. My ANA was even higher than the one I took in for him to see. I NEVER heard back from him but finally asked to speak to his nurse. She did everything she could to get me into another doctor, which I was grateful for. I would never recommend him to anyone, and after conversations with others who’ve seen him, including another nurse who worked with him, I can say it isn’t just me.

Dr. Tay is such a great Doctor! He really makes me feel like he cares and wants to help the best he can. He listens to my concerns and we map out a plan, he explains things very clearly and doesn't make me feel like I am just a number. Him, Jessica, and Billie all make me feel like they are here for me every step of the way to answer any question or concern I have. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone!!

I went with my daughter to take of her 7 month old baby. The office personnel are wonderful. Dr Tay was rude.He spent less than 10 minutes with my daughter. He was more concerned about why she had b rought her baby with her, which was really none of his business. My granddaughter did not disrupt or interfere with anyone or any thing. Waste of time. No telling how much the billing to insurance will be. He needs a course in "proper bed-side manner" I would not recommend him to anyone

Dr. Tay is the warmest, most compassionate dr I have been to. He has helped me through my fibromyalgia like no other doctor was able to. I will never go to a different doctor again! I would highly recommend dr Tay to anyone.

Dr Tay was knowledgable and informative. He diagnosed my condition that several doctors weren't able to diagnose before. The treatment was effective immediately. The staff was efficient. The facility was easy to find.

Dr. Tay is the most caring and compassionate Dr I have ever seen. He doesn't leave any stones unturned! He found problems I had in a matter of 1 test that others could not find in years. I would highly recommend family, friends ANYONE to Dr. Tay. Thank you for making me feel human again! You are the best, and the staff is pretty awesome too.
