Dr. Hodnett worked w/Dr. Van Ess to remove a tumor from my ear/face in June. I'm about to go back to him for some reconstructive procedures & then later for a thyroidectomy. Every Surgeon & Doctor I have had thru the Mercy System has been AMAZING, Dr. Hodnett included!!!

Had a Total Thyroidectomy in Feb and I appreciated his confidence and thoroughness with me. Followed up the next morning in the Hospital to make sure I was well enough to go home. Thank you so much!

Worst experience of my life!!!!, totally butchered my fathers face and did no followup with the family. He OK'd his discharge when his wounds were not totally healed. very poor service and communication.. Would never reccommend this doctor or Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

Worst experience for my Dad ever!!!!! Dr. totally butchered his face. Had no communication with the family and Dad was discharged to go home when his wounds hadn't totally healed. He ended up getting the wounds infected and back into a hospital in Grove Ok. that took great care of him. Wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone....

Worst experience ever!!!... Totally butchered my fathers face. He has no bedside manner or communication with the family. Would not recommend to anyone to use him or Springfield hospital. Dismissed my father before his botched job was healed totally.

Does not communicate with patient or their families. Butchered up my fathers face and left open wounds. Discharged dad still with open wounds and didn’t even bother to clean up his face. Very disappointed in in his work and follow up.
