First time visitors: Ophthalmologist Dr. Faulkner. Receptionist: Friendly, professional, timely. Assisted us with correcting a date/time issue, corrected this miscommunication w/kindness and ease. Reception Area: immensely clean, plenty of magazines to read, carpet well maintained, accessible. Hallways to Exam Rooms: immensely clean, carpet well maintained, welcome assortment of peppermint candies. Visit: Dr was on time, exam was crisp and professional Size of office: it appeared as though there were many Exam Rooms. There was a second reception area near the Exam Rooms. Equipment: modern, clean. Parking: adequate amount of spaces, well maintained lot, accessible Location: easy to find, GPS brought us directly there On premises: eyeglass/contact offering. Very good dr!!!! Smart, accurate, listens!! Go! This Dr. takes time for you. He knows what he’s doing and does an excellent job. He’s through accurate. He also has compassion!

Both times we've been here it hasn't been from an eye issue, but our doctor tells us to go. I wanted to leave this review bc for the 1st time a nurse talked directly to my daughter and not me. Any time I take my kids to the dentist or their yearly checkups they ask me how my kids feels. I think the doctor is extremely thorough as well.

Dr first asked a few questions about me personally as though he cared who I was vs. just a number with a checkbook. Dr and his assistants took time to explain what they were doing and why. Seemed very thorough and very professional. Most of the staff were smiling and pleasant. Great experience.
