Yet another excellent experience at Jordan Valley Dental Clinic! The dental hygienist explained every aspect of the new, high-tech X-RAY machine, and he cleaned my teeth both gently and very thoroughly. I left my appointment knowing I had received the best, personalized care for my pearly whites. 😁

JV is such an amazing place!! The dental staff always treats me well and creates a fun and enjoyable time. I always panic with dental visits, but they made me laugh and made the environment open and soothing.

Members were very rude I’ve had a referral for surgery they continue to tell me they can’t tell me when my surgery can be scheduled or any awnsers at all and my face has been swollen for weeks and been on antibiotics

Dr. Casteel spent the time to give me the best possible crown versus an adequate one. One person didn’t show up for their scheduled appointment and she kept working on me instead of making me come back to finish another day. I can’t express how grateful I am for the level of detail and care both Dr. Casteel and her technician Gracie demonstrate. Packed up 2 small kids and my husband had to take off work to get me to my eye appointment. Got stuck in after school school traffic and was only 5 minutes late and they refused to see me. My eye has some sort of growth and is in pain. Awful, unhelpful place.
