Chad Morgan's Online Review Report Card

Would not trust this man ever again. He performed a procedure on me for my trigeminal neuralgia and botched it big time. The whole left side of my face is totally numb and has no moisture. I almost lost the sight in my left eye due to 0 moisture. To top it off, I still have trigeminal pain damage on the ones that were good before the surgery. When I discussed the issues with him, he said he doesn't know what happened, that he had never seen this before and I would just have to deal with it, because he did not know how to fix it. He also stated it probably would not be permanent to just be patient. That was almost 3 years ago. I am still under the care of an ophthalmologist for my eye, and I've had multiple procedures to repair the damage to the left nostril due to no moisture and constant bleeding which has left a scar on my left cheek where they took the skin graft to repair the nostril which also left a scar on my nose. The last 3 years has been a nightmare for me and he could care less.

I agree above 5 stars! I think I went to school with a Chad Morgan in Eureka Missouri, I don't know if he is the same one. I've had my own health issues. Dr. Morgan done two separate surgeries on my husband for bilateral trigeminal neuralgia. Microdecompression. Excellent job on both. Tricky surgery that is rare. They took a man who was curled up in a bed holding both sides of his face to now a normal pain free life!! A blessing from God is what I'd call the team!! Thank you!!

Dr. Morgan performed an ETV procedure to treat my hydrocephalus in 11/2022. He has a very calming demeanor & explained the operation and associated risks in detail to myself and my husband. He never rushed the visits, or made us wait for a scheduled appointment. He explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand. On subsequent visits he has been very encouraging about what to expect as I continue recovery in the coming year. I will be forever grateful to him for restoring my life to me.

Dr. Morgan and Heather (aka Dr. Heather) are one amazing team! I started having extremely bad back issues in 2017 and migraines since 1995. No one had been able to assist without much relief. Pain management was not much help, too many pain meds that didn't really help. I had already visited with doctors all over the country (Kansas City, Tulsa, Mayo Clinic, John's Hopkins) with no help. Pain management referred me to Dr. Morgan and we proceeded with surgery. Dr. Morgan did my neck first (5/2022), ACDF and within no time at all, the migraines have stopped! I have had a headache or migraine daily sine 1995! During my hospital stay, I told Dr. Morgan that the low back was next - he was all on board. When I went for my follow-up visits, we discussed it and decided at the 6 month follow-up, we would proceed. I had an ALIF surgery 12/2022, still recovering but I am seeing vast improvements. Always very friendly, understanding and very compassion about my problems, can’t asked for anything more. I wish that every doctor will be like him. He wanted to know about me as a person not only about my health problems.

I would recommend to stay clear of Dr. Morgan, and not let this Neurosurgeon preform a surgery on you. He doesn’t care about his patients, it has shown several times. This is poor practice and I had high hopes for him. His office doesn’t return calls from patients who have had major surgeries. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. I do NOT recommend him.

I've had 3 back surgeries all in which doctor Morgan has done 2 of which are fusions I will not go to any other surgeon besides doctor Morgan hes always treated me with respect and at my surgery times has called the night before to check on me after the surgeries he contacted my wife as well he in my book is the best neurosurgeon in this area without a doubt he gets to the point and dosnt leave you hanging so to speak he explain things well if a surgery will help exx..hes very very smart so in the event you need a back surgery doctor Morgan does take new patients I'm on Medicaid and now disabled but doctor Morgan always treated me very well he dosnt look down on you because you have medecaid or medicare his entire staff is great as well I had a rough time after my 2nd fusion they would call or leave me an email to see how was doing they were very concerned about my recovery so all in all I will never go to anyone else but doctor Morgan because he is a surgeon that really cares about you and the work he preforms

Reassuring and great with details and putting plans of action together. Comforting to have a doctor who seems to really care. Always gives phone calls before and after surgery personally.

Absolutely an amazing Dr. great bedside manner, called the night before surgery to make sure all my questions were answered. Love his staff! 20 days after surgery walking normally 1-2 miles daily. I feel amazing! Wish I had done this sooner but happy I waited for the best surgeon!
