My husband has been waiting on the office to send pre authorization for 3 weeks and apparently this is "rushing" a medication that should be taken biweekly. You cant get through to the office and the staff don't call back till 5 min before close so you can't resolve any issues. Flare ups daily now and I still can't get ahold of them.

He is a know it all and a smart a$$. Very condescending. Never followed through with what he said he was going to do. Asked me ridiculous & irrelevant questions. He couldn't do anything else for me but yet wouldn't refer me or discharge me. Horrible bedside manner. I would never refer him nor return to him.

After dealing w severe stomach pain and throwing up every morning for 9 months now and seeing him since the beginning of it, I have had absolutely nothing done for me. They do not care about their patients just about the money. Never going back to Mercy again.
