Simply the best! I’ve been seeing him for 20 years now. He has literally removed hundreds of skin cancers off me over the years. Most of my scars are barely visible. After I moved away from Springfield I tried some other MOHS surgeons. They were nothing like the care and professionalism I got with Dr Naugle so I Drive 9 hours round trip to see him. He is outstanding!

Dr. Naugle is a wonderfully talented Mohs surgeon and I highly recommend him. I had a significant basal cell carcinoma on the front of my nose and was nervous about the Mohs surgery and the outcome to my appearance. At my request, I met with Dr Naugle for a consultation 2 months prior to surgery in hopes of easing my fears. He was very compassionate, reassuring, and thoroughly explained the procedure, the repair possibilities, and what recovery and healing would be like. On surgery day and for all of my follow-up appointments, he and his nurses were all kind, encouraging, and took time to answer all of my questions with a smile. I know that I wasn’t, but while in the exam room they made me feel like I was their only patient that day. Dr Naugle is quite skilled and excellent at what he does. I had a complex repair, but it has healed very well. As I write this review, it has been 10 months since my Mohs Surgery. Thanks to Dr. Naugle’s skill and care, I am cancer-free, my scar is now slight, and people don’t even notice it unless I get really close and point it out to them. Although my review has largely focused on Dr Naugle, I had a great experience with the entire Ozarks Dermatology Specialists staff. From the ladies at the front desk, to the ladies in billing, to the nurses, to my surgeon, all were kind and caring. Job well done to Dr. Naugle and Ozarks Dermatology Specialists staff!

Staff was very nice, Dr was also nice and have lots of patience, he took his time explaining everything to me.

His negligence in not identifying stitches cutting off circulation to tissue resulted in a large open wound. (Tissue decayed splitting open the area) His apparent lack of knowledge and misguidance in healing wounds resulted in an unnoticed (by him) and untreated staph infection in the wound. He then acted very unprofessionally, yelling at us when we sought outside recommendations after 5+ weeks of him being unable to heal the wound and then made the comment that the treatments of said wound were a “waste of his time.” They completely botched what should have been a standard procedure, causing a large open wound and were too incompetent to heal the wound (Verified by the physician we are now seeing who quickly found the infection and are trying to fix what this office messed up). Furthermore they refuse to accept accountability or credit anything off the bill for their errors. Do NOT go to this clinic. Do not let anyone you care about go to this clinic.

The Naugle Team was great! Everyone was so friendly and was focused on putting me at ease. Was very impressed by the work and how they took care of me. Great group of people that care about their work and the patient.

I had mohs surgery on a squamous cell carcinoma on my face near my eye yesterday. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. Kim the RN, Dr. Naugle and Stacy the PA were all patient, kind, gentle and answered all my questions. Today I got to remove my dressing and see their handy work. Minimal swelling and the sutures look fabulous. No pain today just soreness. I highly recommend this office! Thank you so very much!
