There’s always so much anxiety going in for a Pap smear. Dr. Tillman made me so comfortable as he chatted away and cracked jokes. I literally felt the anxiety leave my body. On top of that, I have seen many doctors who all told me I’m “too young” to not want kids. I’m a single mom who almost died from child birth and that part of my life is just filled with so much anxiety that I get nervous even thinking about it. Normally I just get brushed off by doctors when telling this story. Only to be told I’m too young to make that decision and that I could change my mind later. I feel that my voice was finally heard when doctor Tillman told me he would do whatever I needed and went over all my options…I actually cried on the way home. Someone who finally listened and finally cared. thank you truly from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Tillman had a good mix of friendliness and professionalism. He was able to diagnose me at my first visit and prescribed a treatment that worked.

Dr Tillman saved my life (literally...I'm not being dramatic). I had severe fibroids & a polyp. My periods were terribly painful & heavy, so much so, that I nearly bled to death. Had to go to E.R. for blood transfusion. It was there that I was sent to Dr. Tillman. 1st visit with Dr. T, he gave me my diagnosis, my options and a plan to get my issue(s) under control. After reviewing my options, I opted undergo a hysterectomy (not a pleasant thought). Today, I'm happy to report I'm only 15 days post op and already feel better than I've felt in years. I don't think I realized just how bad things had gotten for me (pretty severely anemic, lots of abdominal pain/fullness, back pain, etc). I've come to learn so many women are suffering the same issues as me, but their dr won't agree to hysterectomy or they have to really push to get one. I'm so grateful for having options & for the treatment I was given. Dr. T was a great communicator, too, & made me feel comfortable. Would recommend.
