I had spine surgery with Dr. Cunningham. I was extremely nervous, and he was great. His team was great. They were there for any questions, concerns, scheduling, and anything else I needed. All the staff spoke of him highly. Couldn’t be more pleased with both my procedure and my recovery.

Dr. Cunningham was very professional and explained all the pros and cons of having an L4-L5 fusion for my diagnosis. Four months post op and I feel great. No leg pain and a lot of lower back relief. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great back surgeon.

Dr. Cunningham was very professional. He preformed a surgical fusion of L2 to L3. the surgery went perfect. The problems I was having walking and back and leg pain went away. I highly recommend.

Sent my mother home without pain medication after neck and back surgery even though she was supposed to get it. Wouldn’t answer his phone when they tried to call to get her medication to send her home (his 5 minutes of discomfort are worth more than the days of her discomfort, obviously). Doesn’t seem to think through a patients personal experience to understand they’re needs and the special circumstances they may have that would require forethought. Plain and simple, poor patient care.

Dr Cunningham has done a prior surgery 9yrs ago. Was amazing then & this surgery was the same. This was more invasive but he was candid prior & after for expectations & recovery processes. I’m on a long road to full recovery but doing well. I’ve already recommended Dr Cunningham & all staff. Thank you.

Dr Cunningham office called schedule my appointment asked a bunch of questions then next day the office called back to tell me that my appointment was cancel because after reviewing my images and answer to the questions there was nothing that he could do for me and I just needed to loss weight and referred to someone else...wow would not even see me but somehow can diagnose without seeing the patient

I felt Dr. Cunningham was very thorough in explaining my condition and what needs to be done, as far as surgery is concerned. I felt he was very personable, and I feel comfortable for him to perform my upcoming surgeries.

Excellent Dr. Told me the risks and possibke benifits of having an implant device. Did not push just said go online and check reviews of others and let him know.

I am athletic and have developed scoliosis of the spine and some herniated discs. I provided a recent MRI of the spinal region in question and two hip x-rays which by our conversation, it was apparent the doctor failed to review. About 2 minutes into our appointment, he got up to leave with no advice other than, "don't run." I had to press him for details about my condition and treatment options--his feedback was scant and impatient. I will not return--have already found a new neurosurgeon.
