Dr. Andrews has treated Alex since he was born and treated his older brother before him. She has always maintained our confidence because she is thorough, calm and truly cares about the quality of healthcare we receive. Alex has a rare health condition and Dr. Andrews has always been able to work well with our other specialists for his condition. In our opinion, Dr. Andrews provides the highest quality of care available anywhere!

Dr Andrews is great, kind, and caring. I highly recommend her!

My family used Dr. Andrews for over 22 years . We could call her and she would be willing to work us into the office when our children were sick. She was always courteous and always ask about our other children when we had to bring a child in for an appointment. We even had our children say they were sick so they could go and see the doctor. Dr, Andrews would refer us on to other doctors if the need arise . I can not say thank- you enough in help with our experiences with our children and I would recommend her to anyone

Took her a week just to figure out that my child had a serious illness and needed to be admitted to a hospital. She just kept saying that it was probably viral and didn't seem to take me seriously when I was very concerned. He had to be hospitalized for over 3 weeks. Not impressed.

This dr seen my kids since they were born. We were in the process of an adoption and needed our kids to be seen for a well visit to complete adoption paperwork, they were going to take 6 weeks to see us. I called each day to try and see if there were any cancellations and after 2 weeks, decided just to take them to our family MD to complete the paperwork. A few months later, my kids were sick with fever and I called to schedule a sick appt....and SHE REFUSED TO SEE MY CHILDREN and stated that since we 'chose to enter into a patient relationship with a physician other than herself, she was no longer their dr'. Just like that....no correspondence or notification that she didn't want to be my kids phsyician any more (until after she refused to see them). Needless to say, my sick children ended up in urgent care that day.We found another pediatrician in our town and could not be happier. She runs her medical practice more like a business than a place of compassion for sick children.

Dr. Andrew's is the best pediatrician my daughters had ever been to. She is very caring and intelligent. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the best around!

Dr Andrews see all 4 of my children. I love how we get into her very quickly and the nurses there are so nice too. She has a different personality but is very sweet and soft spoken. She is never in a hurry when seeing my kids even if its a last minute appointment. She always asks lots of questions. I think shes great compared to some other ones I have tryed in the area.

Dr. Andrews is not a very professional pediatrician. Talks down to you like a child. Very rude. Seems like your child is only a number. Will be changing doctors.

Dr. Andrews is the BEST! My daughter has a rare issue that no other doctor in Springfield would touch. She is wonderful to work with and her staff is great. Even when we had an insurance change I refused to switch doctors. I just paid the extra out-of-pocket to keep Dr. Andrews as her physician. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
