A relative who works for the Mercy system in Springfield referred me to Dr. Guilliams to deal with my prostate issues. He gave me options and discussed their pros and cons. I chose laser ablation. The folks at Mercy Springfield were all very good, the surgery went well, and my recovery after 16 days is good. It takes a while for the effect on the prostate to be complete but it seems to be going very well.

Saw this guy for about a minute before surgery. After surgery his nurse came into the room asked a few questions then literally ran out of the room.next day ended up in the emergency room for s Foley because bladder blocked. never heard from him or his office. Scheduled The Foley removal a week later and a nurse removed the Foley and stint. 4 hours later, back in the ER for another Foley. And now I have an infection. Still have not head a word from his office.

I had to wait for a while but once I saw the Dr I was given several options and decided on the procedure to undergo. Scheduling was in a reasonable amount of time.
