List of Frank Anthony Cornella's Reviews
10/10. My experience was very positive with all the staff. I had lost a crown two days prior to my extraction appointment and the doctor re-cemented my crown for me instead of making me wait until my normal dentist could get me in. He absolutely didn’t have to do that. I dont have a single complaint.
In October, I went in for a consultation for an implant. I will not be returning for the procedure because of how Dr. Cornella and his staff treated me. I have never felt so belittled and demeaned by a medical professional. I do not normally write reviews - especially since people with a negative review are more likely to leave one, but I feel this would have been helpful for me to know. I chose Dr. Cornella because he was on the list provided by my dentist and he was the only one covered by my dental insurance (which ended up not being the case). I won’t give a play by play, but from the phone call I received reminding me of my appointment to the conversation about billing at the end of the appointment, Dr. Cornella and his staff were rude and made everything seem to be my fault. When I explained why my dentist had referred me to an oral surgeon, he scoffed and said that it was unlikely that was the case. When he looked at the x-ray, he agreed with my dentist’s assessment. He insulted my teeth based on the x-Ray and then said “oh it doesn’t seem as bad when you actually look at your teeth.” I was shown an “informed consent” video that looked like it was made at least 25 years ago. Over the course of the 2 hour consultation appointment, I became angrier and angrier. Having a trusting relationship with my dental professionals is important to me. Briefly, I have complicated teeth and I have had many lengthy dental procedures over the years. I first learned systematic relaxation in a dentist’s chair, and I feel confident in my ability to handle pain. But this is because I trust the professionals doing the work. Ultimately, I left my appointment in tears, which is a rare occurrence for me. I will not be returning for the procedure. I do not trust Dr. Cornella’s use of a local anesthetic because I fear it not being enough, which seems to be supported by other reviews here. I also do not feel safe letting him use a general anesthetic because I wouldn’t want to be unconscious in the room with him. I see that in response to other reviews Dr. Cornella references his dry sense of humor and that people just can’t take a joke. I am not sure what in my visit was humorous, because it felt more like bullying. If you don’t mind a medical professional who bullies you and calls it humor, then Dr. Cornella is your guy.
Never made it past the phone call. Rudeness chuckling at my situation. It's not about helping anymore. No alternatives offered.
This doctor has refused to remove a screw and plate in my jaw put there by him in 2001.
Went in for a scary multiple extractions ordeal and Dr Cornella and his assistant made it pleasurable and easy. I kept my mouth open longer for a spanking i used to get. Great office will suggest.
Had a great experience. The Doc was able to fix the previous dentists mistake and pull two more teeth with no issues at all with little to no pain at all.
Overall great experience! Dr. Cornella is very knowledgeable and a great doctor. Really knows what he's doing he has a very steady hand.
Very courteous and professional. Very caring and made me feel very at ease under the circumstances. They even called later in the day to see how I was doing.
We wont go back! Pianful and horrifying! Frank A. Cornella, DDS, MD removed 2 of my dad's teeth. He went back because there was a bone sticking out. We thought maybe it was a piece of the tooth coming up to the gum. Which we know from previous experience is pretty common. My dad asked to be numbed Connella did not numb him with anything, he just yanked it out and then said it wasn't the tooth but a piece of jaw bone. My dad was in tears and has a high pain tolerance! Please beware!
I arrived for a consult on 32 year old implants with one failing. Waiting room and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Doctor and his medical staff were kind, very well trained. Although my appointment was a noon emergency visit for a consult, they went the extra mile to resolve my dental problem.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
