Dr. Olive is arrogant and very full of himself. But he still is my first choice as a surgeon in Springfield since Dr. Shoults at Mercy passed away.

What a awesome place! From checking in I was shown empathy and kindness. I did not have to wait long. The nurse was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Olive was amazing! He is friendly, knowledgeable , kind, efficient, no wonder his entire office is that way. He is so easy to relax and speak with about what needs done. The procedure was painless, and stitches are small and healing great. If I have to have anything else done I will definitely go back to Dr Olive.

I recently had the Nissen Fundoplication-My first visit with Dr. Oliver was very informative. He was very patient and explained everything in great detail. The surgery was a success with one night in the hospital. Dr. Oliver's diet restrictions were more liberal than other physicians. I basically could eat what ever I could tolerate, as long as I ate small portions, small bites, and chewed it well. After two weeks, I am pain free and back to normal-MINUS the acid reflux. Thank you Dr. Oliver.

Not considerate of patients waiting to see him. I waited an hour to see him for 30 seconds. When I asked a question about what was going on after surgery, his answer was, "I don't know."

DR OLIVE HAS PERFORMED 2 SURGERIES ON MY LEGS FOR VARICOSE VEINS...ONE SURGERY INVOLVED MANY SMALL CUTS..MY SKIN HEALED VERY WELL & QUITE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS..2ND SURGERY WAS ALSO VERY SUCCESSFUL...GRATEFUL FOR HIS SKILL!

I had my left leg ablated for varicose veins. He got too close to the nerve now I can't feel my leg. It has been five years and it is tingly, and I get sharp pain and when I touch my calf no feeling. I also have a weird tingly feeling in my foot when I touch it. I am writing this to warn people to not make the same mistake I made. Do not let him do to you what has happened to me. I wish I had never had it done.
