I was nervous at first about getting dental work, I am pregnant and will be having twins in September. I finally found the right dentist Doctor in Springfield, Mo at Jordan Valley Clinic, that understand, listen, and very helpful about protecting and saving my teeth. I have had fillings and she does amazing job on taking care of her patients. I went in for my 1st root canal on July 11, 2022 and it was not bad at all, most people here hears alot of stories about root canals that are scary. Not scary at all. Procedure may take up to 1-3 hours, not bad at all. Procedure went well and was numb the whole time didn't feel pain, just a little pressure at the end when the crown was put on which wasn't to bad. It will be sore and takes time to heal but it will be fine. Dr. Castell and her dental assistant Gracie did amazing job walking thru the procedure while they work on saving my tooth. Thank you for taking care of my teeth. The Jordan Valley Clinic Dentist facility smelled good and it looks very clean, staff seems very friendly. I was pleased with the services that I have received just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Castell and her team. I would recommend Dr. Castell and her staff to others they are friendly and the team does amazing job taking care of their patients. I want to say Thank you to dental assistant Gracie and thank you to Doctor Casteel for training students that come in to the facility to work with them when I was there getting my teeth or tooth worked on. Great team work and awesome patient care.
