Doctor Hee-sun Kim has a very unstable personality, and record if you do online searches which includes formal complaints. The Mercy system has much better doctors in the Springfield area. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. You deserve better than Hee-sun Kim .

We have been seeing Dr. Kim for about 20 years. We respect her as a medical expert, and we feel she respects us as experts on our bodies and what we are going through. She is very personable, and takes time to really listen. We trust Dr. Kim’s recommendations and referrals when we are faced with something which requires a specialist. We highly recommend her to family and friends - and anyone who is looking for a great primary care doctor!

Dr. Kim gets to know your family and their health history. She takes the time along with her staff to keep you updated on any tests you might have. If you are concerned about something she is there trying to help find answers or at least pointing you in a direction you need to go. Honest without being rude. We need to lose weight..just the facts. Love this Doctor and her staff.

I have been seeing Dr Kim for the last five years. I was a patient of my previous dr for over 30 years and when he retired I thought no one could ever take his place but I was wrong. I think the world of Dr Kim and have as much confidence in her as my previous dr. She takes the time to listen and help u through your problems.
