J. David Gipson's Online Review Report Card

I am beyond satisfied with their care! This was my second time seeing Dr. Gipson and both procedures have been a breeze. His nurse was surprisingly sweet, funny, and comforting, and Dr. Gipson himself was friendly. The last thing I remember was having them put the oxygen in. Then I was in the waiting room, where they answered all my questions. I had four wisdom teeth to remove, one highly infected because I procrastinated. They were kind about my procrastination and fixed the situation. I did not have pain after beyond mild soreness. The facility is clean and organized, I waited less than five minutes each time I went in, and the staff is all respectful and professional. I would recommend them! Thanks for your help!

Without going into a lot of detail my sinus was perforated by a dental procedure (not this location or drs). I had to have oral surgery to repair the perforation and decided to come to OMS. They were completely booked up in the Springfield location, but Mindy called me shortly after we spoke and told me there was an opening in the Branson location. Dr Gibson saw the damage that had bee done and decided it best to wait a little for healing to occur before closing the large hole. Yesterday, I went in for surgery very nervous, but nurse Nawassa was so professional she put me at ease immediately. Then Dr. Gibson came in and next thing I know I am done and ready to go home. What a blessing this group is. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs oral work. I can't say that about the organization that created the problem with the perforation in the first place who wanted to continue "trying" to fix their mistake. I am glad I asked for an oral surgeon instead. Thank you Dr. Gibson!!!!

Very quick and professional.

Surgical procedure for sleep apnea. Mandible advancement. Post surgery -Nerve damage, numb lips gums,chin, speech problems and pain for 6plus years as well as having 4 other surgeries to correct original surgery. Among other problems!

Dr. Gipson is warm, caring, informative, always friendly and did an awesome job fixing open bite syndrome!

I recently got all four wisdom teeth out at OMS and Doctor Collins removed all four of them. I then got two dry sockets which was a miserable experience and had to talk to Dr. Gipson over the phone about them. He was rude on the phone and made me feel as though I was the problem. I then had to meet with him in person where he told me I should have came in the day before when my appointment had always been set for the date I came in on. He also made comments about my personal life that were none of his business. Over all, my experience with him was very unprofessional but my experience with Doctor Collins was very good and nothing to complain about.
