Great best dentist I’ve had

Heading for Jackson in advance of the Labor Day weekend, with a crown that had fallen off a couple weeks earlier. Dr. Grant worked with the utmost care to get the crown to reseat, and then bonded it, checking how it would work with my night guard. I highly recommend this dentist and professional, comfortable practice.

Dr jackson is a smug arrogent Human. if your looking for a DR thats steals her bosses paticents, who doesnt do the tests her BOSS ORDERS, AND WHO HAS NO PROBLEM STEALING PATICENTS TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL AFTER HER BOSS IS THE ONE WHO ORDERD TEST SHE NEVER COMPLETED OR REVIEWD MRIs ORDERD THIS IS THE DOCTER FOR YOU, PLAN TO NOT BE FIXES OR HAVE BROKEN BONES AND TOEN MUSCLES LIGIMENTS AND DAMAGE FOUND. she was an unprofessional slob who waisted more insurance visits by not doing what HER BOSS ORDERED HER TO DO. She should be charged with medical NEGLECT AND MALPRACTICE for the way she hamdeld me as HER BOSSES Paticent, NOT HERS

Great experience, I would definitely recommend. I was out of town in great pain and the Dr worked with me! When I arrived back in Jackson they got me right in. The best part is they offered me different treatment plans to choose from and didn't try to oversell me.

Dr. Jackson has been caring for my kids for a few years, trying to keep them healthy and playing their sport. We are very grateful for the high level of care our kids receive.

Did a crown on the spot. Great dentist and service. Paid check on the spot and saved even more. Took me on short notice before a trip to Mexico. Thanks everyone. I'll be back for sure.

Would give negative stars if possible! I called and received VERY specific pricing. The dental hygienist asked things like "do you want to meet the dentist?" without telling us that a dentist spending less than a minute looking in our mouth was going to cost a lot of money. When we went to check out the cost was double what I was has told it was going to be for a cleaning. My husbands dental hygienist didn't even floss his teeth. My dental hygienist didn't make my teeth feel clean.This dental group is simply crooked. They added a $40.00 charge to my three year old's teeth cleaning because they used toothpaste!More than one staff member brought up their faith while we were there. We are not sure where in the bible lying about what you charge for a service is acceptable but we have yet to find it. Section 5 of the American Dental Association Ethics Code states: "Dentists shall not represent the fees being charged for providing care in a false or misleading manner."Jackson Family Dentistry went out of their way to mislead. When we got upset about the bill being more than twice what we were told the receptionist sneered and said "I also told you that everyone's dental needs are different so the prices I told you are irrelevant".To top things off we have just received an insulting voicemail message from the dental practice's owner several months after our visit. We are going to file an ethics complaint with the ADA. If a client asks very clear billing questions there is no excuse for charging for things that are standard in every other practice. If they behave like this with cash customers we can only imagine what is going on with their insurance billing.

My husband was experiencing extreme tooth pain while we were visiting the area so he made a same day appointment here. He said the entire staff was great! They did an exam and fixed the problem, all in the same visit. The doctor even called hours later to see how he was doing! Great dentist office!
