Dr.. Jacob Smith is one kind, very caring, and through Doctor that we use in specialist. all his staff is wonderful to deal with. We have used him for the entire family and will continue as long as he is available.

Dr. Smith saved us after an epic failure by Cox Hospital. My son was supposed to have ear tubes put in and not until after we were already there at 6:30am doing the pre-op stuff we were informed the doctor was not coming. Dr. Smith took us on as a patient and got the procedure done the very next day. He also prayed with us before the procedure. Dr. Smith 5 star even though Cox hospital is terrible.

Doctor Smith is great! He fixed my hearing loss with one simple surgery. Seeing him again next week. He has an awesome bedside manner and will pray with you if you want. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Jacob Smith and his staff were extremely helpful and compassionate towards myself and my husband. We both ended up having surgery for us to be able to breathe better through our nose and was treated with respect, courtesy, and compassion by Dr. Smith. I would highly recommend him for anyone that does have an ENT issues.

Dr. Smith performed my sinus surgery. While in pre-op, he took a few moments to speak casually with me and my family. He is compassionate and his bed side manor is phenomenal. I was especially grateful when he asked if he could pray with us prior to surgery.

I had dr. Smith fix my nose after I broke it. He was very good about explaining the process. He was polite and knowledgeable. He will have my business any time I need an e.n.t. specialist. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr Smith anytime , he was great . When I had a issue after hours and he was not on call the Dr that was let him know what was happening and I was contacted by one of his staff to help correct the situation. He and his staff were great

Dr. Smith removed all three of my Children's tonsils with no complications. He was amazing and really wonderful with all of the children, making them comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone!
