Last minute appointment, my daughter's PCP was out of office, however, Dr Phillips was amazing with her. She is high functioning autistic and some practitioners don't quite get it. He was very straightforward with her, put her at ease and when it was time for her to focus, he got her attention and had him look at him, which is something so important for her to actually understand and apply what is being asked of her. It was a relief for me as a parent to have someone understand my child. When we left, she couldn't stop talking about how good he was and that even though she liked her PCP, could she please switch " because he gets me." Thank you Dr. Phillips!

Yes agreed long wait times. What is the point of showing up 15 minutes early to an appointment. Then waiting 30 minutes after my APPOINTMENT time to be called back. Then just to wait. Why have appointments. Just hang a sign saying that your open or closed cause clearly mercy cares about money so much they double and triple book appointments. Disgraceful! Dr. Phillips was great with my kid he is a 5 star.

Tired of the long wait times. I shouldnt have to take a whole day off work to sit in anyones office. Absolutely ridiculous how the doctors here schedule. Finding a new pediatrician as we speak. Did i mention the first appointment i had with dr phillips i was there for 4 hours. 2 of in which i was in a room with my child because they forgot about me. I have been patient enough and today that ends.

Hands down the best!

Dr. Phillips is by FAR the best! He s been our kids only pediatrician and don t plan on ever switching even though he is out of network for us. If that doesn t say he s great I don t know what does. He has always taken the time to answer any questions or concerns. Holly, his NP is also amazing, can t praise them enough. I highly recommend him and his staff.

The best doctor ever! He takes time to explain things and never makes us feel rushed even with a waiting room full of people! He s very personable and great with my son! When I feel like I m asking a silly question he ll relate with me about his kids and make me not feel like I m asking a strange question! He is seriously the BEST doctor! Being a first time mom he has really helped our family more then words could explain! Amazing doctor hands down!

You will not find a more caring, collaborative, understanding pediatrician than Dr. Phillips. I went through a lot of pediatricians when they kept telling me that my daughter was colicky or that I was overly worried. The first visit, he listened first, then asked some really great questions. Many of the tests my daughter wouldn't tolerate before...he helped work her through it. After only twenty minutes, he recommended testing her. She was diagnosed with autism. I will forever be grateful to him for that. It's not common that children get diagnosed as early as he caught it. Because of him, the therapies that she received starting at age two have helped her more than words can describe. He has also been incredibly profound in the way he has treated my teenage son. He excels at listening to understand versus listening to respond. He is able to match his communication style to both the parent and the child. He never makes you feel like any question is off limits or make you feel stupid for any concern you may have. The entire staff is so understanding and compassionate. It is rare to find a doctor that provides such thorough care. I would question anyone who would ever not give him the absolute highest rating.

I used many pediatricians throughout the years and Dr. Phillips is by far the best....the others were great but Phillips give that little extra that makes you feel he really cares, like your not just another# in line....

He s been my children s pediatrician for about 10 years now and we couldn t be happier. He always makes the kids laugh and he takes time to explain things so that they too understand the how s and why s of their care.
