Best dentist ever

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. He's super nice, and above all incredibly good at his job!! I'll never go to another dentist.

So at first this seemed like a good place. I had my teeth cleaned, got x-rays ect.... I was told that I had about 9? Cavities! 9! Okay, that’s unfortunate, I knew I had 1 at least. I got the first 2 filled and than decided to get a second opinion. The dentist here was too patient for me to believe I had as many as he said I did. He was like “Oh yea, your cavities aren’t that bad, we can wait until you get your braces off”. Mind you, that’s 2 years down the road. But anyways, I got a second opinion. New X-rays and was told that I had ZERO cavities!!! And unlike Gary nail, this dentist pulled up my x-ray on like a 50” flatscreen and showed me that my teeth were actually perfectly fine! I also didn’t even mention the other dentist saying I had cavities so that I would be getting a legitimate opinion? I can’t think of the word rn. Anyways, nail dental is far from an honest office and will tell you that you have problems with your teeth that don’t even exist. I’m sure they don’t do this with everyone, but I’m not trusting them anymore and I figure people should know about a bad dentist in town when there is one.

Me and my husband started to go to Dr. Nail's office since couple years ago and we had great experience ever since. He always cares about his patients not just about sales and make extra sales. I took my 3 year old boy for the first check up today. I was all worried how my little one will handle it. Dr. Jim spent his time to show my boy all the tools and things he would expect and engaged with him prior to the check up. He made my boy animal balloon after the visit. He made it so smooth and easy for the little one. He was all excited about dentist visit and looking forward to go back already. I highly recommended Dr. Jim Nail to all ages and family visit. 👍🏼

I want to start by saying i do not visit the dentist regularly so i was extremely nervous when i started calling around about my wisdom tooth issue. When i called this office they were a little busy to talk to me but offered to call me back shortly. I was surprised when Dr. Jim is actually the one that called me back and answered all my questions(i had a lot) and was extremely pleasant. He got me in right away and made me feel very comfortable with what was going to happen. I had to have my tooth cut out which i can honestly say i lost sleep about because i was so nervous. But come to find out it was for NO reason. The day of the procedure he was kind and let me know what he was doing the whole time. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist. The entire staff was so nice and friendly and did a wonderful job! I was beyond pleased with my experience here. Side note...there was young boy before me and when he was done with his appointment the DR made him a balloon animal!! How awesome is that. Perfect experience, Perfect staff, Perfect customer service!

I was referred to Dr. Nail b/c my regular dentist was out of town. It was great going there today. The Receptionist was very nice. I saw both Dr. Nail and his son Jim. They were so awesome and it was a most pleasant experience. I am presently in process of taking care of my dental concerns. A Sincere Thank You Dr. Nail, Jim and the Receptionist.

Great dentist

I have been going here for years. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but the Drs Nail as well as their techs make you feel very comfortable. They explain things thoroughly and involve you in decisions about your care.

I have been in the dental field for over 30 years, so when I moved to Missouri and had to find a dentist it took me a long time. Once I found Dr. Gary and Dr. Jim, I could not be happier. They both do a great job and their chair side manor is excellent. They go beyond to ensure patients comfort and pride themselves on achieving excellent results. Very caring staff and wouldn't go anywhere else.
