James Theodor Bonucchi's Online Review Report Card

This Doctor is absolutely terrible. I went there for some hormonal issues going on to be told that there was basically nothing he could do for me and that I just needed to go see my OB. He refused to do labs that day, very rude. Didn't even seem concerned or interested in the problems I have been having. He told me that my feeling of like I was going to throw up was due to lack of sleep...what a joke. If there was a zero review that is what I would give him. He is such a joke, definitely not going back

I was surprised by the 1 stars, I think he is professional and well-educated. He is overbooked, as some comments say, but I think that speaks to his character that he tries to help as many as possible, I was suddenly diagnosed and he fit me in very quickly at the inconvenience of his schedule, he also continued to help me with diabetes and career concerns all of which he did a fantastic job!

I went to see Dr. Bonucchi after my doctor referred me to endocrinology. Registration was extremely kind, but all other staff gave a very judgy vibe. When Dr. Bonucchi came in, I explained why I was there and he basically thought that my primary could've handle what I have. He did not even want to discuss my concerns or a plan. I feel like he used my weight and diagnoses to come to a preconceived idea before I ever spoke. He was extremely arrogant, showed insincere care and happiness, and said that life style changes are first. He then asked if I had an more concerns, which I didn't and probably wouldn't have mentioned anyways, then left the room. He did not give me solutions or suggestions of what to do and made me feel like I was nothing. Shortest first patient appointment I've ever had.

Went there for my son who has autism, my son looked at me to answer the doctors questions, he told me to not speak until my son had answered his questions, then couldn't answer any questions questions or concerns, if there were zero stars that's what I'd give him, my son was so upset he wanted to leave while he was out of the room, and refused to do the labs, most rudest doctor, what a waste of time, If you want to be berated and have none of your pcp's concerns addressed, and have a stroke from causing your blood pressure to go sky high from being belittled, this is the doctor for you, you couldn't pay me to go back to him, what a jacka**!

Seen for Thyroid nodules and had biopsy performed. Felt "very" confident in Dr. Bonucchi's abilities to care for me. Called me personally to let me know the results. Would highly recommend!

Amazing doctor! Knows what he's doing. He's approachable where I feel comfortable enogh to tell him anything.

I have seen Dr Bonucchi several times and he has been great every time. He listens and answers my questions. His primary concern is always my health I have and will continue to recommend him.

Great Doctor! He took time to explain things to me about my thyroid issues and answered all my questions. Very compassionate & knowledgeable Endocrinologist

He was kind, he listened well, very straightforward, he found the problem and went to work on a solution right away. I appreciate that so much! Unfortunately I would have to give the rest of the whole office a 1-2 rating. EVERY appt has been a mess, no one seems to know what’s going on, which labs I’m having, or anything else. VERY disappointing. Several staff have been very rude (when the problem was their fault) and didn’t put info correctly in my chart. Not happy at all with his helper, Jackie Cook. Dismissive, hurried, didn’t have appt scheduled correctly so I had to go back for what I needed done, doesn’t show compassion or empathy. There’s more I could say about the staff, but that being said Dr. BINOUCHI really is good, so if you can deal with all the mix ups etc... go to him!
