Jennifer Ann Malossi's Online Review Report Card

Did a vasectomy today and Dr Malossi did a great job. She has a healthy skepticism without being closed minded, recommended general anesthesia when it was needed, and I feel great after my procedure. I am very impressed and would recommend this Dr for a Vasectomy or any other surgical procedure. Great work Dr. Malossi and Cox Health System!

Dr Malossi did an amazing job on me from start to finish. She operated on me and did phenominal work. She also treated me exactly how i wanted to be treated. She gave me a quality of life that i havent seen in years. THANKS Dr. Malossi !!!

Do yourself a favor and see someone else. My son saw her and she spent more time telling him about how surgery (Ureteroscopy) for him wouldn’t be a great idea and would be unpleasant and that he should just try to pass the stone he had. His stone was 7 mm. We got a second opinion luckily the same day. That doctor told us there is no way he would’ve passed that. He has now had the surgery and is doing 100 times better. This lady doesn’t care at all. Please see another doctor or if you don’t like what she tells you get a second opinion. You can get a second opinion even in the same office.

She did not listening to anything I had to say. Talked over me the whole time. Whole time being the 5 min appointment slot she gave me. She said there was only one possibility for my symptoms even though there are several possibilities. She left the appointment saying I have a condition that is non curable and no way to know if I have it for sure but that it could be nothing else. She did not give me any options, resources, or information on how to move forward. She talked down to me like I was an idiot. I felt very disrespected. I don’t understand how she can get away with treating patients like that.

Dr Malossi was very professional but caring. She was a good listener and she validated what my concerns were. Dr. Malossi also will follow up how I am doing in 2 months. Most doctors don’t do this. Very impressed and grateful I had an opportunity to see this doctor.

Dr. Malossi seems to have no interest in her post-op care, at least that was the case with my father. My father was rushed to the ER 3 times within 5 days after she performed a procedure. She never once returned phone calls while we were desperately seeking her assistance. We are now post-op day 9 and we are yet to hear from her. My father still has a catheter inserted and is far from out of the woods. I have heard others who have had the same experience with her. My recommendation is to stay clear.

I have had the pleasure of being Dr Jennifer Malossi’s patient for nearly two years. Due to my condition, she has guided me to accept the diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy. She also guided me to accept the treatment called TURP for my medical problem. She was very thorough and gave me all of the possible outcomes for this treatment but was also very positive about the possibility of a great outcome. She explained that I was not the best candidate for the Urolift which is a procedure that she really advocates when it is recommended. I can report that I had the surgery on Sept 2, 2020, and could not be happier. She did an excellent job on this surgery. I am having no symptoms one week out from surgery. And I have had all of the urinary symptoms subside. I would highly recommend Dr Malossi to anyone having these issues. I also want to commend her assistants Shannon and Stephanie. They have both helped me so much. You are in the best of hands with this team!!

After multiple years of not seeing a urologist I was referred to her. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past and was assured she was good. After multiple visits due to a recent problem she said “she other patients to see (because I had reoccurring problem) and that it was all in my head”. Requested referral to another Dr. in another group and it’s still not done. The only positive was her nurse Shannon who was very caring and patient.

I was talked into a turp and the surgery was very painful. I had pain from day one. The pain continued and all I received was "I can't help you" very disappointing!!!!! I couldn't hardly urinate and the pain was Honorable!!! I tried to get a second opinion in the Cox group and they told me they couldn't help me!!! Hang together boys!! I didn't get what I paid for!!!! I was in pain for 2 years!! I finely got my Primary Care Dr to see if anyone else would see me. MU hospital said come on!! The Dr that saw me and did a scope said no problem we can fix this!! The surgery was a breeze! They treated me like gold!! Took out two stones as big as nickels and many more! Did two turps. One to fix what was messed up and one more to clear out my prostrate!! I'm urinating better than I ever have!!! Dr keeps tabs on me!! Now I have to pay for another surgery that never should have happened!!!!!! Can't sue her because the laws handcuff everything. VERY Disappointing!!!! Broke now but they don't care.

Excellent ! My surgery went well and after 6 months all my plumbing is still working very well. Highly recommended Dr Malossi, 5 star review.
