Never visited with me before surgery, just put an x on my breast. I still need to have the mass removed, he only took biopsy. I thought he was going to remove the whole mass on chest. Very disappointed

Had an emergency minor surgery done by Dr Bumberry. Before coming here I was in pain and felt so nervous/anxious about going to get it checked but JAnna and Dr Bumberry and his nurse saw me next day for this issue and scheduled my surgery the very next day which I appreciate so much because I was not able to sleep from the pain. After surgery I felt the relief instantly. I felt treated with respect, professionalism at all times at Dr Bumberry's office. I hope I don't need any surgeries in the future but if I do then I will definitely come back here no doubt. Thank you so much!+

Can you believe a genuinely kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable and skilled doctor in the sea of arrogant and could-care-less ones we're often faced with today? AND, Dr. Bumberry's staff is actually friendly rather than supercilious, cold, uncivil, and even rude which is too often the case. Great surgeon, great staff. I hope they don't change one thing because they're the gold standard of total patient care, and I can't even begin to tell them how much I appreciate how very special they are.

After twelve years in Springfield, I have only two physicians on my Good Doctor list; Dr. Bumberry was the second one. He has the surgical knowledge and skill one would expect, a caring attitude which is so difficult to find, with a calm and warm demeanor. I recovered from the surgery he performed with no complications and very little pain. I didn't feel he was a "hit and run" doctor, but one who was there for me all the way. How refreshing this experience was! His employees are tops!!

Dr Bumberry done an amazing operation on my throut , removing a sabacious tumor , I was worried being first operation but he kept me calm , consulting before and after and also telling me every step, and even though I had been nervous , it was actually a breeze from getting to surgery center, to pre-op where I was then prepped and took in, once on other bed they gave anesthesia it seemed in 20 seconds it was over, gave me meds and sent me home , 3 years later no pain or scar, thanks you all. VCD
