We will see anyone in the office but her. She’s horrible to children and their parents. She gives the entire office a bad name with her lack of care. There should be a certain age in which you’re evaluated again to be fit to diagnose and work with the public, especially children. She can’t diagnose a basic ear infection and will leave your child hurting and you furious. I truly hope karma exists and she gets to feel all the pain she’s caused others some day. Avoid at all costs.

All 3 of my children had Dr. Hearty as their pediatrician FOR 5 YEARS and was cancelled as a patient over missing an appt after a terrible car accident they said. No call just a certified letter, and then complete rudeness from office staff. that wasn't the first time there were several other issues, they don't care about their patients only money! Never owed them money, have great insurance but if you see an urgent care doctor then you will receive a nasty letter of termination, all about money

We have gone to Dr Hearty for over 15 years with our four children. Our youngest has special needs and Dr Hearty and her staff have bent over backwards throughout his 9 years of life to help us in so many ways. Their hours are convenient as well!

I feel that we have received excellent quality care in the 11+ years we have been with Pediatric Associates. The office goes out of their way (through flexible hours/staffing) to get your child in for acute illness so you can bypass the Urgent Care. I would like to see the office space renovated with fresh surfaces and furnishings (everything appears dated and dingy) but this does not impact the actual quality of care.
