Best doctor ever!
Dr. Fiegen was our 3rd pediatrician with the Cox network. The first 2 doctors (not in her office) were horrible so I was extremely hesitant. Much to my surprise she is fantastic. is patient, kind, funny, and most importantly wonderful with our son. She listens to your questions and will explain everything to a point where you feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Fiegen to everyone I know.
We love Dr Fiegen. She is so thorough and great with our kids!
Dr Fiegen is great! She is very kind. The staff however is awful and very snotty. Good luck getting a call back that day from the nurse. You might as well just take your baby to the urgent care.
I wouldnt take a dead dog to this clinic.
I do not normally review doctors, however in all of the doctors that I have come in contact with, she by far has infuriated me the most. Starting out I will say that several of the staff were very courteous, I was able to make appointments quickly, and the waiting time for me was not overly long. But that is where the positive aspects of this office stopped. My son was born tongue tied and had difficulty nursing. I went to her for his two day follow up from being released from the hospital. At that time I suspected that he was tongue tied. She confirmed that he was severely was. At that point I requested a referral to the specialist to have it taken care of because it is a relatively simple procedure(less than 2 minutes and no medicine needed). She refused to give it to me. Instead she told me to supplement with formula and contact a lactation consultant. So when I left, I contacted the lactation consultant and she was not happy that the referral had not been made. Contacted the office, but it was not until his two week follow up appointment, that I was able to discuss with her further the need for the consultation. When again I requested the referral for the specialist and let her know that the lactation consultant wanted it as well, did she make a comment that was unbelievable. "You're not just going to give up?" When I firmly told her "no," and picking up my annoyance, she followed up with "well, I guess nursing is the best thing." My son was 3.5 weeks old when we were able to get him in for the procedure. At that point due to it being so long from birth and having to supplement with what little I could pump/formula, I had not been able to achieve much of a supply. By then he preferred the ease of the bottle most of the time. It was very disheartening especially since had I successfully breastfed my daughter for over a year. In my line of work I have worked with several doctors and this, thus far, has been my worst experience with a physician. A lot could have been different had she made the referral when I first brought it to her attention.
Where to begin? Acts like she is on some serious drugs, or has ADHD in such a bad way she can't focus, SCARY SCARY SCARY!
I love this doctor! she is so amazing and so sweet to me and my children. My daughter has had health issues since she was born and fought and fought with countless doctors to send us to her specalist four hours away and could not get it done, we switched to her and sent us there right away and even personally called my cell phone to check on my daughter.everytime we go see her she has always been sweet and to the point and has always calmed my fears if something was wrong or i thought something was wrong and it wasnt. I'd give her 100 stars if i could!
If I could give this woman less than one star I would. She yells as she speaks as if she can't hear her own voice. She is also twitchy and can't sit still,it's very disconcerting. She tried to drain an abscess on my child that was not ready to be drained and pushed the infection further in the skin. I ended up taking my child to an urgent care and got a great MD. The other Dr in this office is Lynette Robbins, but we never get to see her anymore and she is very good. If you are "lucky" enough to get her. I am currently lookiing for another Pediatrician. DO NOT SEE DR. FIEGAN. Don't risk it.
I have a 15 year old child that I took for the first time to see Dr. Fiegen. We had to wait for over 45 minutes in the clinic room and when we were finally greeted by the doctor she screamed so loud while speaking to us I could swear she could be heard in the waiting area. She was rude and I would never suggest taking your child to see her. She has a terrible bedside manor and will not let you get a word in edge wise about your child and the symptoms. You would be better off taking your child to someone who cares about your child and the parent. She gets a negative -10. We ended up walking out and leaving.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
