Dr Carpenter fully replaced my left hip joint and had I known it would be as easy and nearly pain free I would have done it a couple of years sooner.

I had rotator cuff surgery back in October. I’m in the middle of my recovery process. My shoulder is healing up nicely. I am so thankful for Dr. Carpenter and his staff for them getting my shoulder back together..

My daughter broke her elbow and never even got to see Dr Carpenter or a Nurse from his office. He has a receptionist who leaves out information like, "when you go to the walk in clinic to get your permanent cast, it could take 4-5 hours and there is no option to schedule the appointment." We were literally told to walk in anytime between 8-5 and we would be taken care of and no one even knew why my daughter was there. What is this the DMV? Do we take a number and the 1st available person will help you? Absolutely inefficient and incredibly unprofessional. The entire breaking a bone process was way better in the 90's.

Thanks to Dr Carpenter who repaired my badly torn rotator cuff in February, not only did I get to fish in May , I was able to bow hunt this fall ! He told me if I did my physical therapy and stuck to his rehab plan I would be able to do to hunt by fall ! Went exactly according to plan!!! Thanks so much Dr Carpenter!!!

Dr Carpenter has done total knee replacement on both my knees. This was a few years ago. Both knees are pain free after being bone-on-bone for over 10 years. He is so nice and easy going. Would highly recommend him.

Out of 3 surgeries in the last 2 years Dr. Carpenter was the best surgeon experience and after care I received. So glad I got reffered to him for my tricep repair.

Replaced my right shoulder 4 years ago, seems so natural now I have to keep reminding myself not to do things like hammer with that hand. No regrets. Recovery was rough, just like he said it would be, nothing but history now.

Very caring good bed side manor explains to your level of understanding very recommend he replace my right knee and is working on right shoulder

Dr Carpenter did my rotator cuff surgery, arthroscopic on my knee and will be doing my hip replacement in January. His patient skills are above and beyond. I would, and have, highly recommended him to everyone.

After an ER referral to Dr. Carpenters office, I made an appointment to place a cast on my leg and foot for a Jones fracture. PA Mccall placed my first cast that needed removed and replaced less than a week later. The cast they replaced it with actually cut into the skin on my foot so I went back the next day and Tori replaced it, who was certainly the best and most caring person in that office. She gets 5 stars. I am still in dispute with Dr. Carpenters office, as they charged me $403.00 for the cast that cut circulation from my already broken foot. It was quite painful and counterproductive to the healing process. I had my primary care doctor refer me to Dr. Finkbones office in Branson. Highly recommend them or anywhere but here.
