Dr. Killen is nice enough and through and seems like she wants to help. However she does not explain things in a manner that a patient can understand or doesn’t explain your test results at all. She forwards a result with no explanation. I have to look and figure out the results and what they mean. She gives you a referral to a specialist but does more tests and only says your tests results are negative. Doesn’t again explain what you need to do. So should I go to the specialist or not?? Do I have this diagnosis or no. I’m glad I work in the medical field and have some understanding of diseases and have medical reference books to understand my dx. Her messages are scattered thoughts and not cohesive and in black and white so the patient understands. Unsure if I will keep seeing this provider.

She is somewhat condescending and also pretensios. I did not feel that she listened really.

While the doctor is nice, they will bill you for whatever they can by over coding visits and are then rude and unhelpful when you try to get it corrected.

Dr. Killen went above and beyond for me in one of the most difficult times I have ever experienced with my health. I would highly recommend.

I went to the appointment very early but I was given an incorrect direction. I was instructed to go to the 2nd floor then 4th floor and I waited in line. I called Dr. Killen’s secretary to confirm their location and that I will be there for the appointment. However, when I came in to the correct location, I explained to the front desk staff named, Sheppard that I already talked to the secretary of Dr. Killen. Kindly change your front desk staff at the reception, Sheppard. Unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude. He could have said nicely that I need to reschedule my appointment. Will never go back to this office again and will change provider because of this condescending staff.
