List of Kunalpreet Singh Gugnani's Reviews
Best office visit experience I've ever had with a doctor. Jordan Valley and Cox were absolutely horrible! The wait times were insane, and my Jordan Valley doctor even forgot I was there one time. I saw Dr. Gugnani within 5 minutes of when I got there. I was amazed. And, he's a great doctor! He knows his stuff. He listened to me, made recommendations, but still gave me options. I hope he never leaves Springfield, because I don't ever want to find another doctor. I feel like I hit the goldmine.
I wouldn’t give this man the time of day. The way my 95 year old grandmother and I were treated, & the most disrespectful way he soooe to me on the phone was unprofessional. She missed an appointment due to breaking her hip and could not move. The last appointment she missed she wasn’t feeling well& did nit want to get out of bed. I had called to say I’m sorry we didn’t make those appointments. Dr G, took it upon himself to get on the phone with me& Mary right next to me and was completely disrespectful towards me and Mary heard it and started crying. Not only that he didn’t let me explain the entire situation and kept interrupting me, when Mary tried to talk to him he hung up on us. I do not recommend Going to this doctor. He was nice at first, until things didn’t go his way. He has been reported to the board. The way we were treated was unprofessional, he demanded she come in after she broke a hip( which I told them about) and 4 days later SHE DIED!! He was not thoughtful or understanding of the situation!!!

helpful. listens
Dr gugnani is such a good kind person and doctor. During covid here a lot of us haven't gone to the doctor as much as we should. But I know Mercy is very lucky to be able to have a man like Dr gignani I want to tell him thanks for being able for me to get a physician and a good one that quick peace be with you
Dr. Gugnani, Is a fantastic Doctor. He listens, he's supportive, and suggests other methods of care. He does't just hand you a prescription and send you down the road. He truly cares about your care. He's also very honest, and tells you how it is.
Excellent diagnostician. If he does not have an answer, he will employ a specialist. He's not afraid to tell you what he thinks you should be doing.
Dr. Gugnani was very professional and listened to my concerns. He provided great information about my condition and gave me a prescription that has really helped. l will recomend him to family and freinds.
Everything was ok in the beginning. Considering my situation and trauma involved. Thanks for really not doing a whole lot except prescribing meds. I miss two oppintments and I did call and explain. Nope I get the cold shoulder and a day after. I get a letter, then I get a phone call from his secretary. Im dismissed. That's somebody who is a Dr and thats how your treated. I feel like I explained my situation to the Dr. And just get disguarded like a piece of trash. Thanks for your buisness... lol
I avoid the doctor as much as possible, that being said I went to Dr Gugnani for a physical/wellness visit as it was a requirement for my job. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Gugnani and his staff, there was no waiting at all and he did a good job of explaining (at my level) what all the tests and numbers mean to my health. He also seemed generally interested in me and my well being, I didn't feel like just another anonymous patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
