I am a Neuropsychologist. I have had chronic dry eye for the last two years which gradually became worse to the point it could be career and life changing. I stated my symptoms of severe dry eye, dry mouth, and spasms of the eyes to the Mayo Clinic, John's Hopkins, and Barne's Hospital. I was totally blown off by all three. I pleaded my case telling them I am not a neurotic individual and that I know something serious beyond dry eye is happening to me. They wouldn't listen to me. I took an 18 second video clip of my situation to Dr. Meyer. He looked at the video clip and within 5 seconds diagnosed my condition as Benign Essential Blepharospasm. Only 5 people out of 100,000 receive this diagnosis. It is a rare disease but Dr. Meyer said he as seen it many times. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Meyer because he started treatment three days later and I'm doing very good.

I had dealt with severe dry eye for the last two years and it became so bad that I would have spells when I could hardly open my eyes without grimacing and blinking. I knew if it continued to get worse it could be career ending. I talked to the Mayo Clinic and Barnes Hospital and both said they don't see folks with dry eye as it is too common. I saw Dr. Meyer to get a referral to the Cleveland Clinic and he immediately diagnosed my condition as Benign Progressive Blepharospasm. Finally, I am getting help. He, obviously, is exceptional as well as his staff. I am very grateful .

Pleased with Dr. Meyer. Very professional, knowledgeable, staff is waaaaaay above average. Made to feel as if they really care what is going on with me as a person. I would, and have, recommended to other people/family and friends.

I would never recommend Dr. Meyer. Horrible bed side manners especially after he ruined my eye in a simple cataract procedure. If you care at all about being able to see correctly than stay as far away from Dr. Meyers as you can. That is unless you have plans on wanting to become a pirate! Don’t let your self be like many others and have buyers remorse.

Dr meyer is very conscientious and an excellent physician. He removed my cataracts and I have 20/20 vision!! He is my favorite doctor.

Dr Meyer was so pleasant to work with. My results from cataract surgery was excellent. I would definitely recommend him and his fabulous staff to anyone. It was obvious that they all work very well together to have an excellently run office and happy patients.
