She has been so good with all 4 of my kiddos she takes her time and never rushes us she has always answered all of my questions and made sure I understood!!! Very good with my toddlers and my teens!!!! We would trade her :) o I should add she is very fast to get back to me when I send a message/email !!!!

Terrible person to work with.

Dr. Waters performed the circumcision on our baby boy. He was a home birth so it was difficult finding a pediatrician willing to help us because most will only work with patients that they deliver. Dr. Waters. helped us make an educated decision without prejudice. She was so gentle with our baby and gave us her full attention. We were very pleased with her professional and caring spirit.

The entire staff is fantastic, with the exception of 1 of the front desk staff. Perhaps the woman doing the woman doing the check-outs should consider a different position. She seems to be tired of whole process.
