List of Laura Elizabeth Kresta's Reviews
I was recommended to Dr Kresta and I am very pleased. Her staff is nice and welcoming. The doctor is young, with a bubbly personality. She listened to all of my questions, and as a new patient, she went over all of my medications and medical history. She took a good amount of time with me. I am very pleased.
She is not helpful, don't even try. She was supposed to take over Mercy Family Practice from Dr Clark who took excellent care of his patients. She is there in name only. I was a patient at that office for 3 years and now will find a new doctor, probably associated with Cox. That's strike 3 for me with Mercy. I have the scars to show it.
Laura Kresta is amazing. I feel more comfortable with her than I have with any doctor, which is why I have no problem driving close to an hour to see her.

I recently lost my Primary due to her retirement. I am a long term chronic pain patient and had been with previous Dr. 18 plus years. I was treated worse than dirt by Dr. Kresta. As a 64 year old female I knew I would need records so I took all MRI's and medical records to appointment. I was treated like a drug seeking scum of the earth. Without even reviewing my records or MRI's and Neurosurgeon's report she rudely sent me on my way offering NOTHING as far as suggestions or assistance. I would NOT refer anyone to her. She was quite rude, abrupt and dismissive. I have since found a Dr. with compassion and manners that took the time to read all records and view MRI's.
Dr. Kresta is what I've been looking for. She is very caring and is interested in my health. Highly recommend.
She was nice a d seem like she cared, but she does not hep people with pending disability cases. She saids it takes to long. She said i need to go through my lawyers to get a doctor for me. I told i been there and they don't kerp doctors names on record. If a doctor takes don't want to mess with disability patients that pending Social security case, then don't take Medicaid only patients.
I'm not an easy patient. I've had many Dr's over the years and they normally find a way to pass me to someone else. I've had a hard life and with that comes things getting out of whack. Most of my problems are out of her range so she tries to refer me to a Dr that has had more education in the field of concern. I usually dont go because I believe in her ability to treat me. I think its more an insurance issue than lack of knowledge. Possibly a legal thing too, because in todays world if a Dr dont have a certain abbreviation after their name and they treat someone when a specialist should have, then I am sure all Drs worry about this so they take the wide road. Shes the best Dr I have ever had.
Ms. Kresta should work on her bedside manner. She lacks compassion and is not understanding regarding issues which require specialist care. A Doctor should have an open mind as well as an open heart.
I recently move to the area and needed a PCP. I am so glad I found Dr. Kresta. She took time to listen and review my complete history. She truly cares about her patients and discusses all options of treatment and takes into consideration what the patient thinks. Class A doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
