Worst doctor I've ever met. Left me in horrible pain from his bad injection. His excuse for everything was because I'm fat! I had to go to Mercy just to be able to walk again!

Takes time to listen to all issues and treats accordingly. Quickly responds to things through the portal. Have not had a complaint and neither has my husband.

Literally the worst medical care I've received in my life. I asked for a referral to someone to talk to regarding PTSD. He basically said it was hopeless finding someone. The laziest doctor I've ever met. Consistently runs late..very late. DO not waste your time with him. He acts like he doesn't want to be bothered.

Dr Krenn is wonderful if you are looking to spend your copay weekly to be graced with his presence. If you have multiple conditions you would like him to help you with he will stop you and advise you he doesn't have time to listen to "all of your problems." According to Dr. Krenn I should be happy he had spent 20 min in the room with me and remind me that he has other patients to visit. I spent 57 minutes and a half day vacation to see my doctor but he only has time to answer a few questions. The great part about it was he wanted to get offended and didn't understand why I was upset he wasn't taking the time to help me. He is single handedly the reason I not only left Chesterfield Group but Cox as a whole.

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Krenn. He has been my doctor for years and always take the time to listen to my concerns and involve me in treatment decisions. I really appreciate his care.

Dr. Krenn is an excellent, caring physician who always spends time with me and answers all of my questions. I have been a patient for years and have always found him caring and compassionate.

He would only prescribe my antidepressants if a visited his office every 30 days. When I moved he refused to refill my antidepressants, because I couldn't visit his office, causing me to have discontinuation syndrome or "Brain zaps" from withdraw. I still have them almost nightly, several months later. Would never recommend him to anyone.
