If you tell a MA to stop taking blood pressure Bcs they are hurting you that means stop. They don’t have the right to continue. Michelle the MA decided that she would continue anyway. I will be reporting this abuse.

Dr. Shaw is a great doctor, we have been going to him for about 4 or 5 years. He spends quality time with his patients and addresses all your concerns. We also really like his nurse Michelle, she is great with the kiddos. Dr.Shaw is our family doctor, we are so thankful to have found him.

This place isn't even worth One star. The customer service and the attitude of this office is the worst I have ever experienced. Good luck with getting a appointment, that will "Mysterously" dissapear. It's real unfortunate that a family care clinic, can be ranked as the worst place to seek care. To the point that the reviews of this clinic advise the public to NOT go there.

Dr Shaw is a great Doctor. His staff is terrible. Marsha is generally responsible for setting appointments, and she is very cold and indifferent. She can be rather condescending at times, and is not very helpful at all. Scheduling with this office is a nightmare. Most of the time when you call you will get a busy signal. When you finally get through, you are often told that there are no appointments for weeks and referred to the walk in clinic. This is unacceptable.

Dr. Shaw's notes he writes to whoever but obviously not to you would surprise you. Apparently, he thinks he's working for someone other than the customer or beep...

I would not recommend this office based on the unprofessional and un educated staff. They have no clue what the right hand is doing from the left. I waited 3 weeks for lab results called and the MA said she couldn't find them when I could see them for myself on my mercy. Also had a carpel tunnel test which came back with severe carpel tunnel and they supposedly revered me to a orthopedic well 3 weeks later I called and they had no idea what I was talking about.
