Dr. Robbins and her NP are both fantastic. They take all the time you need to answer any questions or concerns you may have on your visit. The entire staff from front of house to the nurses are all great. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible office. We came in within 10 min of appointment time and was turned away. Their policy is 10 min within appt time. We were there, but the office lady was not at the window at the time we came in and then turned us away after, because she came up to the window at 11 min past. She said that Dr. Robbins herself told them that our appt should have only been 15 min and we’re now past that. What??? First off, no. And second…. You only allowed 15 min to do my baby’s entire check up, give shots, AND answer any questions?! My baby deserves more attention then that. Funny thing is we have ALWAYS waited a while to be seen by anyone there. I thought being that there is major roadway construction and we have an infant, they would have given us more grace, the same grace we give them. I’m very upset about this and will be switching doctors ASAP. They honestly need to learn to advocate FOR the patient, not get their rocks off by turning them away. Which is exactly the way I felt.

My daughter was spitting up and had excessive diarrhea at 2 weeks old and the doctor told me she was ok and not to worry. Over the next couple weeks she started projectile vomiting, uncontrollable crying, continued diarrhea, and very gassy. I called to have her seen and the staff was rude and told me I would have to wait a month and a half to see the doctor. I pushed for a visit and they scheduled me with the nurse practitioner. I took her in and was treated as if I was lying. “If she really is throwing up so much her throat will be red.” She checked and it was raw. She prescribed acid reflux medicine and refused to do an ultrasound or test the stool. She said unless she is visibly bleeding out or failure to thrive they were not concerned. I mentioned about a possible dairy allergy/intolerance and she blew me off. She left the office without answering questions and sent in a staff member to let me know i could checkout. I told them none of my questions had been answered and they told me to go back and wait for her. She told me she had a busy day she could only give me a couple minutes. I felt very unheard and defeated. Thankfully I trusted myself and removed dairy from my diet and she got better. The next visit we went to dr Robbins refused to do a split up schedule for vaccinations since my family has a history of reactions. She refused to discuss the vaccinations and just put us as refused. We have found a new dr since and are so much happier.

we live in wichita now but we love her so much that we don we mind driving down just to see her! Hands down the best doctor ever!!!!

Dr. Robbins has been both of my boys pediatrician by choice! I love that she gets down on your childs level instead of acting like a superior! She is very attentive and addresses every topic that is brought to her attention!

Best pediatrician in the world. All 3 of my boys went to her until we moved out of state. Kind caring and very knowledgeable. She really cares. We love Dr. Robbins

Dr. Robbins has a great attitude and mannerisms when interacting with her. She makes you feel comfortable with what she is talking with you about. You feel like you can ask her anything and get a real straightforward and easily understood answer. I would highly recommend Dr. Robbins if you are considering a Pediatrician in the Springfield area.

Dr Robbins has a great bedside manner, and seems like an adequate Dr. My issue is we have only seen her 3 times in 3 years and are always stuck with the other dr in with her.

I love taking my daughter to Lynette Robins. She is so friendly, takes time to talk to you about anything you have questions about, etc. I have been seeing her since my 2yr old daughter was born. I wouldn't take her to anybody else.
