I really like Dr. Pennington. I never get the feeling I'm being rushed through the system. He always listens to my concerns and talks with me about them. His staff is nice, but I sometimes get the feeling with some of them that I'm just another number. It's trying to reach them to ask a question/voice a concern that I've recently started having a hard time with. I've tried repeatedly, on breaks at work, to get through, but cannot get through their apparently new phone system.

I really like Dr. Pennington. He listens patiently and with interest, and talks with you about your concerns, then asks if you have any other questions. He even listened when I told him I didn't want a mammogram, and that I'd like him to push for a breast thermography clinic in my city. He nodded and said he'd heard of it, and he didn't challenge me when I told him I'd heard that mammogram could CAUSE cancer. Since then, two thermography clinics have opened up here. I believe he truly has the best interests of the patient at heart, rather than the money and Big Pharma.

Love him as a Dr. But the receptionist is short and rude, have had some trouble with refills on needed prescriptions. on more than one occasion, If he had a better reception staff I think he would have an Awesome practice.

Dr. Pennington is very kind, friendly and caring. He is an excellent listener and does a great job diagnosing problems.Best of all, he ordered a test that saved my husband's life!!!
