I initially saw him for an emergency consult before surgery, he didn’t read my chart (his words-he read it after I begged his nurse to have him do so) and walked in the room stating he was going to perform an exam on me when I was only supposed to be in office for a consult. That whole appointment he was very unresponsive as if he had already made his mind up about my case. The whole appointment felt rushed and as if he had no interest in me as a patient. I saw him for a few minutes before my surgery and he was fine. I started getting very sick a week after and went back to him for a post op - he seemed inconvenienced to see me and was extremely dismissive of all my symptoms and wrote them off as “normal” even though I already had two other doctors tell me these were all symptoms of major infection and I urgently needed to see him. I ended up in the ER the next day with an infection. I’m grateful for him performing my surgery but will be establishing care with a different provider.

This man should not be practicing medicine. Please find a doctor who will listen to you. I had to have a hysterectomy at 26 because he sewed my cervix shut!! Save yourself and your loved ones.

Don’t see dr. Camejo unless you want a lecture about your OWN health choices. I told him I wanted a tubal ligation (after having 2 children) and he told me “If you were my daughter I’d tell you no. What if you and your current partner split up and your next partner wants more children?” Excuse me??? Who are you to tell me what I want or don’t want. Dr. Camejo needs to work on his professionalism and respect women’s choices.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. If I were you I'd go somewhere else. In the beginning he was giving me nausea medicine well I asked for a refill and he told me I shouldn't have any more nausea. He then gave me acid reflux pills that made it worse. The next time I came a social lady came and talked to me and I explained my concerns. Well after that he comes in my room rude and hateful saying he gave me nausea medicine and basically just prescribed me with the same meds I have that don't work. He didn't even listen to a word I said. This was the most unprofessional and worst experience I've ever had. Nobody should be treated like this pregnant.

Back in 2001, I made an appointment to see Dr Camejo at a low point, after searching for 4 years to find out what was causing me so much pain. I went through so many doctors and not one Dr had any clue what was wrong and they all wrote me off because they couldn't figure it out. The 1st thing Dr Camejo told me was don't ever let anybody tell you the pain is all in your head!! What a relief!! And a godsend!! After talking and asking me about my symptoms, he IMMEDIATELY said it sounds like endometriosis but he'd have to do tests to confirm. He was spot on!! After trying many different things, that sadly didn't work, it was time for a hysterectomy. He asked me if I wanted to keep my ovaries. I had no idea lol. I asked him what I should do and his answer made me respect him so much more than I already did (which was already a ton!! Lol). He told me if you were my wife, daughter or mom, this is what I'd tell you to do. That made me SO confident in my decision and I never looked back!! That man forever changed my life!! I was stuck on the couch 2 weeks out of every month in debilitating pain before I found him. He saved me. When I told him how he saved me, he was so humble and wouldn't accept that. Unrelated, I was injured in 2003 and have been a chronic pain patient for 18yrs. I've seen so so many Drs around the country. Dr Camejo and my current pain Dr hold the #1 spot of the best doctors I've ever seen!! And I've seen tons!! They set the bar so high, nobody has measured up!! I can't say enough good about Dr Camejo!! And his wife is absolutely amazing!! So sweet!!

Dr. Camejo is an astonishing man and doctor and his wife is an angel. God bless them for taking me through my first pregnancy and now my second.

Dr. Camejo and his staff are so professional and caring. He is the best.

Dr. Camejo delivered both my babies, and he is absolutely wonderful! He's always been super helpful, and always explains things to the fullest so I was never unprepared or uncomfortable, he is the only doctor I trust, I even traveled an hour and a half with my 2nd pregnancy to have him deliver by repeat c-section and he made that experience so easy and comfortable for me! Love him! And more than highly recommend him 💜
