If I could give 0 I would. My mother had been complaining of shortness of breath or being out of breath for a year or more. After switching to Cox with a bout of pneumonia it was found she has lung cancer. Not once was her voice heard by Dr. Maria Dela Rosa. We are now preparing for hospice care instead of it being caught early enough to try and treat it.

Dr. DelaRosa is very personable and knowledgeable about the newest medical trends. He listens to my concerns and is very thorough and very thoughtful about maximizing my care. He spends a good deal of time with me listens to all my concerns!

Dr. Dela Rosa was rude as soon as he walked into room .. Talked to me like I was stupid.. Then as we walked out of room told his receptionist who made us make the appointment that " I told you they would try to blame you" Why would I waste my time and gas to go there If she wouldn't have told us too!!! I wouldn't even give him one star but can't post unless I do. Worst Doctor in Springfield mo.. Make someone else feel low class because you won't us ever again!!

I use to go to Dr. Dela Rosa, until I had a problem with my tongue and went to her to check it out. The very first thing she said to me was "Do you brush your teeth?" HOW INSULTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been seeing her for a couple of years at that point but that was THE LAST time. I do not recommend her to anyone, unless you like a Dr. who doesn't listen to you and is insulting.

I really wish I could give no stars. I have to beg for refills. ( Nope not a pill popper). My Previous Dr. Moved back home to be with family during Covid. I was referred to her. From the first day, She didn't even BOTHER to read my file. Like AT ALL. She was very, very condensending, she doesn't listen like, at all. She assumed because I was depressed I was giving up on myself when just a bit beforw the appointment I lost the closest person to me. My DADDY! I am also a Cancer patient. So forgive me if I am not so happy at the moment. He bedside Manner is nothing more than ridiculous, uncaring and Forced. I literally left her office in tears and it was just a new patient visit. Everytime I send her a message I am met with all resistance. Horrible. I am hoping she finds another job that suits her demeanor because, I don't care how long she has been in this field she should have followed her heart becasue this couldn't have been it. Do NOT recommend.

First visit she did not read any past records to be updated on patient being seen. She says she has been practicing medicine for 25 years. Should be more organized and actually care for patients not her paycheck. I think she is incompetent will be finding a new medica

Great doctor. Really takes the time to listen not only for health problems but to what is going on with you emotionally as well as physically. I highly recommend her.

Best exam for initial visit to new DR. I have ever had. Dr. very easy to talk to and to ask questions; like she really cared.
