Mark A Seiden's Online Review Report Card

My Dad went to this Dr 1st time he went in, he went to check in and the receptionist was super rude. I was with him and I made the appointment for him and they didn't even have him as scheduled. I feel that they aren't very organized and I don't want to send my Dad to someone who can't even pit him on the schedule when I called and made the appointment. So we just walked out and I told them he won't be back. Rude, very unorganized and I'm not wasting my Dads time.

I started seeing Dr. Seiden because I’m a diabetic and as such, my feet have a lot of issues. Recently, I saw him for a blister that covered the entire bottom of my big toe. I developed cellulitis and ended up in the hospital. This was through no fault of him; again I’m diabetic so anything to do with my feet is going to be problematic. He saved my toe! His expertise put me in a bumper boot and while it was somewhat miserable, I still have my toe. I know a number of diabetics who were in similar situations and had to have their toes amputated. He’s very efficient and his staff has always been amazing to me. I can’t recommend or thank him enough.

Dr Seiden performed surgery to remove bones spurs in top of my foot and that pain is now gone, I could not be happier. I have arthritis in my feet, so that pain will always be there, but with bone spurs gone I can go and do the things I want to do on a daily basis.

Nothing negative from me. Only Dr. that was always on time with appointment. Great surgery results and he always ask if we had any questions for him.

I must have seen his evil twin, because the Dr I saw certainly didn’t rate 5 stars! He was rude, abrasive, barely examined my foot, and actually made me worse with his I’ll fitting orthotic. Also wasn’t impressed with the staff who acted like they didn’t want to be there.

I would recommend him to anyone!

The level of friendliness, professionalism, and expertise shown by Dr. Seiden and his entire team is impressive! I highly recommend!

Great experience! I would highly recommend. Staff is helpful and efficient. I never had to wait to get in for my appointment. Dr Seiden took care of my issue completely.

There's something wrong in this whole office. Staff are impatient, never smile, bark orders. Dr. Seiden spends an absolute minimum amount of time examining/explaining the foot problem. Appointments seem to be at least 20 minutes behind schedule. Maybe he's a good surgeon, but I'll never know that - he won't touch me.
