Mark Steven Ross's Online Review Report Card

I was in a lot of pain from a fall. He was efficient but also calming and had a good sense of humor which helped a lot. He discussed my diagnosis and treatment thoroughly and encouraged me. What I appreciated the most was initially he thought I hurt one area but after listening to me and doing a physical test he realized it was something else and updated diagnosis and treatment.

One of the worst doctors I've ever had the displeasure to meet. He was wrong about what was wrong with me, gaslighted me because I'm a woman, told me that I didn't know what I'm talking about when I've had a rare disease my entire life, refused to do a ct, and when he did do the ct then told me nothing was wrong but that's not what the ct said! He's a huge liar and should lose his medical license for patient abuse.

Ross saw my husband in the ER. He was rude, condescending, and uncaring toward my husband who had acute, critical symptoms.

I would not recommend Dr. Ross, I went to the emergency room because my PA suggested I go when I told him I was out of Xanax because Megan didn't have the authority to write a script at my doctors office. He said well she can and I don't know why you left Dr. Moore's office he is a great doctor first of all that is none of his business but he took great offense that I changed primary doctors. Then he raised his voice about coming to the ER for Xanax and I started to explain that, that is what my PA said to do, plus I had other issues but he didn't let me get a word in so I just shut up and shook my head yes are no. So 2 days later I went back to the ER because I haven't been able to pee which is the other thing I was going to talk to him about but after he accused me of being there for just Xanax and yelled I was to scared to say anything more. So on my 2nd visit the doctor comes in and says if you don't admit yourself into the hospital your kidneys or going to fail.

Rudest doctor I have ever met, and I've met a lot. Stated he believed I was there in an attempt to get unnecessary pain medication, although I've never been on pain medication even with a myriad of diagnoses.

Wrong diagnosis. He spent more time talking about himself, in trying to impress a cute nurse, than he talked to me about my illness.

He was my ER doctor. This is from my experience. (Actually more than once a couple years apart. He has a terrible bedside manner. He is not helpful, he dismisses the patient's involvement in trying to explain symptoms, has lack of sympathy and it just an overall rude person who apparently has forgot the humanity side of his profession.) And in my opinion, he's not much of a doctor either. He's been wrong each time I had to go to the ER about the issues I ended up having. Simply because of his lack of thoroughness.

One of the worst doctors I have ever met. His ego is as large as his paycheck. When he wasn't bossing me around, he was physically hurting me during my pelvic exam, which was the most painful one I've ever received. When I moved his hand because of the pain, he laughed and belittled me. It's a shame that they let doctors like this get as far as him.
