Great experience with everything! I completely trust his office with my face!

At age 36, I had to undergo a pretty intense forehead flap procedure to reconstruct my nose/face after a large amount of skin cancer was removed. Without a doubt, I received the absolute best possible care from Dr. Kienstra and his staff. From the first appointment, I was treated so kindly, and each person thoroughly explained every process, treatment, and question. It was so scary at first when I found out the surgery I needed, and I looked pretty rough for several months (which I knew was coming because everything was explained up front), but now 1.5 years later, it's astounding how well my face has healed. I'm forever grateful to the incredible people in this office for their care.

Everyone is so friendly and nice here and always made sure I was well taken care of after surgery if I had any complications. I am so much happier now that I have had my rhinoplasty. I wanted to keep it as natural as possible and Dr. Kienstra made that possible! Couldn’t be happier!! I got the results I was looking for, for sure! l will be recommending this place to anyone I know looking for a cosmetic surgery wanting to keep that natural look!

From the first contact with Dr.Kienstras office I was impressed . The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and more importantly it felt genuine. Dr Kienstra was everything you hope for in a physician...kind, easy going, a lovely sense of fun .. and with his exam and explanations it is apparent he is extremely knowledgeable and I left with complete confidence in Dr. Kienstra and his staff to do this very personal surgery. The day of surgery and every follow up visit assured me that I had made the right and best choice. My results are amazing! my only regret is I didn’t have it done sooner! Ruined my face. I am emotionally traumatized and deeply depressed

I’m giving 3 stars because of the fact Dr kienstra is very kind and I know he tries to make his patients happy and feel good...however I got into a car wreck in 2011 and he did plastic surgery on my face... months later I had to get a skin graft done because my eyelid wouldn’t close... 5 years later did another skin graft cus my eyelid wouldn’t close and now I look worse than I did before and my eye won’t close all the way or open all the way and I have to have another one done... maybe I’m asking for too much, just to look normal.. on top of that every time I go to an appointment I have to wait for soooo long but I will say the staff are very kind.

I had the HALO procedure on a Friday. I have had other procedures, and comparatively this was quite comfortable. I actually wore tinted sunscreen the day after, and was able to attend an event without unwanted stares. My skin then felt a little like sandpaper for a few days, but I was back at work with makeup on Monday. Within five days, the dead skin sloughed off and I was left with smooth skin that was more radiant. I received several comments about my glowing complexion.

Dr. Kienstra and his aestheticians are phenomenal. I recently received amazing service from a halo treatment that resulted in glowing skin. I will be back in six weeks for my second treatment and cannot say enough good things about my treatment through the process.

Since I’ve been going here, my skin looks better in my 40’s than it did in my 20’s! Dr Kienstra and his staff are caring, knowledgeable, and fun!
