Melissa Kay Hampton's Online Review Report Card

She’s been our pediatrician for 5 years. She is always calm and kind and takes the time to really listen and answer any questions I have. With three kids, we get sick quite a bit and I’ve always been impressed with her discernment about when antibiotics are indicated and necessary and when my kid can take care of it on their own. She’s also one of the exceptional and sometimes rare doctors that take your thoughts as the parent into account. She gives you credit for knowing your kids, so you never have to fight to advocate for them. The office staff is also incredibly supportive.

Dr. Hampton has been our pediatrician for 5 years now and I can't say enough good things about her or her office. She is warm and friendly, always answers all of our questions and takes time to make sure we understand everything. Everyone from her nurse to the front desk are so nice and helpful!

Dr. Hampton is amazing. She has been seeing all three of my kids since birth and I have no complaints at all. She's friendly, loving, caring and is always laughing and smiling with me and the kids. They love her and look forward to seeing her.

I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Hampton. She was very gracious to meet with us while I was still pregnant. We had a health scare with my baby while I was pregnant and Dr. Hampton was very proactive to assure everything was okay with my child after our baby was born. Dr. Hampton has always treated my husband and I with respect. She has never treated us like we have stupid questions. She has always spent ample time with us to be sure we fully understanding all information provided. Dr. Hampton is wonderful with our child; she has an excellent bedside manner. I would and have HIGHLY recommended her to my friends/family. I am SO grateful to her! Her staff is awesome we also adore her nurse. The staff is always great to work with us on any questions we may have. They also are great about getting our child in even in a moments notice. Her practice is open 365 days a year. They also offer walk in hours every week day. When they are not in the office their on call nurses are with the Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Dr. Hampton is great with my girls and always willing to listen to my thoughts and/or concerns. She is a great doc and has a great office staff who are very pleasant! And nurse Mia rocks toooo!

Dr. Hampton sees my three children...two of whom have chronic asthma. I am always able to get them in when I need to, whether it is a virus or asthma. She spends plenty of time with us and I don't feel rushed by her. She has personally called me to follow up on how my daughter is doing. I love how the office is open 365 days a year and has a walk in clinic every morning before appointments start. The only complaint I have is the wait we often have. But if that is a result of the time she spends with patients, then I'm not too bothered by it!
