The only nice thing I can say about him is that the nurses like him. He downplayed the severity of my SO multiple foot infections. Talked a big game about amputating part of his foot to get all the infection but the decided to only take half a toe. At another hospital stay, he lanced the top of his foot before any pain meds were given. Not to mention he's complicit in over prescribing pain meds. On at least 4 ER visits the MRI showed osteomyelitis and he said "Nah! It's not that bad." After 18 months (and 2 surgeries) of having an open wound on the bottom of his foot, Marling has decided my SO "may have osteomyelitis after all."

I absolutely love Dr. Marling. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable and listens and answers all of my questions. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. His staff is very friendly as well. A wonderful place to go.

I have seen Dr. Marling two times in the past month for Plantar Fasciitis. At both appointments he was in the exam room less time than what I spent waiting for him. I was not given the opportunity to ask questions or voice concerns. He didn't take the time to ask about medical history or how long I had been dealing with the pain in my foot. I am a healthcare worker and Dr. Marling has done 3 different foot surgeries for me. He is wonderful! He always starts with the most conservative approach and doesn’t jump right into surgery. He is so personable and, while he seems to move at the speed of light, he is very thorough and cares about his patients. I would be very comfortable in recommending him to my friends and family!
