Terrible, doesn't explain anything to the patient. He is in and out of the room and having different associates assist the entire time. He has terrible bedside manner. Some doctors make the patient feel very comfortable and confident. He seems like he is all about the money, seeing more patients than he has time for therefore the wait is long. He takes a very large area of tissue the first time doing MOHS therefore yes, the margins are clear from the first removal. That saves him time and leaves the patient with a larger scar than necessary.

Very professional and very clear what my problem was and how to cure it without costing me lots of money. I am a senior and he accepted my insurance only had to pay my co-pay. Thanks Dr. Swann

I was so scared when I went in for my MOHS surgery. Dr Swan was wonderful at making me feel calm and I felt very comfortable. The prep took longer then the surgery. He cut deeper then I thought it would be but he got all the cancer out and that’s what matters. Highly recommend Dr Swan!!!

I was very scared going into this not knowing anything about skin cancer. that itself is a scary thing! Dr. Swann reassured me everything was going to be ok and his staff was also very friendly and wonderful and patient with me! :) I definitely recommend Dr. Swann to anyone! He was amazing and what I thought was going to end up being a horrible scar across my nose is just slightly visible

Great care but they overbook. If your patients have respect for your time and arrive on time, have enough respect for theirs to not have them wait so long to be seen. Otherwise, descent place.

He had to cut up my hose and cheek area from just under my eye down to my lip because of Basal cell carcinoma. Believe me I was not a happy camper as I ended up with around 100 stitches. He did a flap from my cheek to replace the hole now in my nose. He also used cartilage he removed from my outer ear. Being I did not know the doc or the staff, I was unsure of the procedure or outcome. Turns out he knew what he was doing, an fantastic job......thanks doc!
